J'ai acheté en 2018 une montre a 300 € via VEPEE. Garantie 2 ans, c'est une automatique. Très bonne qualité de l'inox et fermoir. Juste avant 2 ans en 2020 la montre est à l'arrêt. Envoi (30€ bibi) au SAV en Angleterre. Au retour le joint d'étanchéité même pas remplacé. En début 2023, re panne identique, mais plus sous garantie. J'abandonne. Fiabilité à revoir, il me reste une belle montre .....en panne.

Watch didn't work out of the box. Watch was a gift and purchased more than 30 days in advance, so no return possible. The want $30 shipping to return for possible warranty

Company that charges you for transport in advance and also, without notifying or putting the sender in the package, intends to charge you a refund of 25 euros for alleged customs expenses not mentioned above. Case won for my part on PayPal. They act in bad faith and their behavior is that of some small-time gangsters. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I tried twice to order a tourbillon watch.

The first time it added to the cart ok but checkout said the watch was out of stock. Went back to the page for the watch, reloaded, and it still didn't show the watch as out of stock. Gave up at that point.

The second time everything seemed to go ok, my credit card was charged even, but 5 days on my order status was stuck at "unfulfilled." No word from anyone at Stuhrling so I had to email them. They said there was an "inventory problem" and offered to substitute a different tourbillon, which I didn't like. Told them to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Maybe third time is the charm? There won't be a third time.

I actually like the watch. It's just the right size for my wrist, is comfortable and looks great. Excellent for casual wear. That said, the product information clearly sates that the watch is water resistant to 10 ATM (100 meters) but when you look at the watch case it clearly says on the back that it's only water resistant to 5 ATM. I had intended to use it as a dive watch, but I won't be doing that now. Also, the hands on the both the top and bottom chronograph dials don't zero out (see second photo). I wasn't going to use the chronograph anyway, so that's not a big deal, but it does suggest quality control is lacking, which makes me wonder just how well made this watch really is. I bought the watch for casual wear and it does look good, but if this is representative of Stuhrling products I will not be buying another and cannot in good conscience recommend them as quality watches unless I see a better put together unit.

Well, I was given an Aeronaut as a gift a few years ago and I really like this watch. I added another, this one a Meridian GMT, both pieces are quartz movements and are pretty basic. I've had no issues with either watch and despite the myriad of mixed and mostly negative reviews, I have no issues to complain about, certainly not cost. I knew I was getting a pretty basic, entry level watch.

A lot of bad reviews but I thought I'd take a chance. Charged way too much import duty by DHL which I need to fix. Watch does not work straight out of the box. The automatic movement is just dead. Now on to the dreaded customer service. Lets see how that goes.

So a local watch repair shop got the movement working but it's time keeping is poor even for a watch of this price. At least +/- 2 minutes per day. Given the price of the watch and the poor quality of the movement the expense of sending it back for repairs isn't worth it. It will make a nice paper weight on my desk. You have been warned !

I had a very terrible experience with Stuhrling watch. I ordered a watch but decided to return it because of the shipment isue. When I received the refund, I noticed that the company had deducted some money from the amount, without any explanation or justification.

I contacted their customer support multiple times to ask why this happened and what the cost was for, but they never replied to my inquiries. This is unacceptable customer service, and it shows that the company does not care about its customers.

I urge anyone considering purchasing from Stuhrling watch company to think twice before doing so. Their lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction is a red flag, and I regret ever doing business with them.

Watch hasn't arrived. Tracking shows it as being at the DHL depot for over a week, yet when I've contacted DHL they've told me that they have nothing scheduled and to contact Stuhrling.
I've emailed them 8 times, whatsapped them and had no response from anyone.
I'm now going through PayPal to get my money back.
If I could, I'd give no stars.

The watch is automatic I stopped putting it 3 days and when I used it again the watch did not work. It does not seem fair to me because I bought the watch just a month ago and it was expensive for me, I bought it for 260 usd and at this moment it does not work, I also have to pay 30 usd for shipping, and I am in Colombia. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase and with the warranty process.

My brother purchased a Struhrling Mad Man 255 watch as a gift for me on my 40th birthday. After 10+ years the strap final broke so I contacted Struhrling for an original replacement. I couldnt find it on there website so I reach out to customer service. With in a day they replied they had the strap and sent me a link for it. There was no picture on the listing so I sent another reply asked them to confirm this was in fact the strap for my watch and included a picture. They send me there own pic to confirm. So $42 later I have the strap ordered and it arrived seven days later. The problem is this is not the original strap for my watch. They sent me a generic black silicon strap with the name Struhrling stamped on it. I have emailed them the last three days to inform them they sent me the wrong strap and no replies.... To add to this story, after buying the strap and them having my email address they have been blasting me with adds and sale coupons. To the point I have blocked them from sending me any further emails.

The bottom line is over the years I have collected about 15 watches ranging from, Casio, Seiko, Invicta, Fossil, Diesel, Michael Kors, and this one Struhrling. But after watching reviews on Youtube, getting no support from them on the strap, and the over flow of SPAM emails I believe I am done with STRUHRLING....

I bought a delphi watch in May 2022. For so long the hand of the watch is either too slow or too fast that it never keeps the true time. I adjust the time and some time later I see that it is out of its way. I only wore it at work which is a desk job. I claimed a warranty and these stupid shortbrains ask for 30 dollar for repair.

Montre achetée via VEEPEE, la qualité est médiocre , elle faut toque et elle ne fonctionne pas , je déconseille cette marque

Personally I’ve ordered 3 over 4 years. For the money they’re fantastic value, and presented beautifully. I’ve had more problems with my £5000 Breitling than my Stuhrlings.

Purchased a watch from the company website. About a month later the hour markers fell off and jammed the hands. They expected me to pay for poor quality.

Mon, adresse, photos facture, photos montre avec problème visible ainsi qu'une note explicative.
Bon bah comme lors de mes premiers essais de prise de contact aucun retour.

Relojes muy caros que misteriosamente ofrecen siempre rebajados. En general, ni siquiera al precio de outlet valen la pena.

I've bought my husband a skeleton watch in June and already in July the watch was 2 minutes behind. I contacted the aftersales and the responded after a couple of days. They let me do all things with the watch, but in the end nothing solved the problem. As I live in the EU I had to send back the watch at my own expensive and now I have to pay 39€ to let it repaired in the US. In total this will cost me 100€ to repair a watch that is still under guarantee!
