My personal experience was that the firm promised a lot until they officially took me on as a client. Perhaps it was due to the fact that I came under Legal Aid? I did not experience anyone going out of their way for me, being contactable day and night etc. In fact I was on bail for 2 years during COVID and during which time no work was done on my case, no preparations or anything. When I got my magistrate's hearing date, we had 4 week's notice and another 4 to the Crown Court hearing. Only then the firm started to engage and did not leave a lot of time. I was sentenced to a term of imprisonment and once inside communication or getting anything done was even worse. My guess is that people with glowing reviews either got off with a non-custodial sentence or had their charges dropped and/or paid the solicitor's fees privately and got VIP service.
Regrettably I based chose this firm because of the majority of positive online reviews, which I regretted bitterly once I had signed the contract. So buyer be aware! Things are not always as they seem.

I have had a great experience with Stuart Millers. My case was initially brought in FTO Mohammed Zeb who made me feel relaxed and explained all the law procedures to me. My case was expertly handled and specifically managed by Taylor Diamond.

I was impressed by the professionalism served and also how informative Miss Diamond was regarding any queries that I had. All ambiguous laws and regulations were made simple to understand from a client’s perspective with limited knowledge in criminal law.

Mr Zeb and Miss Diamond were always easy to get a hold of and kept on top of my case notifying me of any changes immediately. Very proactive from the beginning to the end.

And most importantly, my case was acquitted as a result of the excellent representations compiled by Miss Diamond. The results yielded are proof of the excellent work they produce! 5/5

We found Stuart miller completely by chance on the internet.
I was in a terrible state as my son had been charged for have a potential firearm without a license in our home.
Abu contacted me over the weekend l, which was an absolute blessing and not what I was expecting. I thought we would have to wait till Monday. We had a FaceTime call on the Sunday where he made us feel very at ease, he felt extremely confident that he could help and that he would get the charge dropped without it going to court, therefore no criminal charge.

I spoke to a Natasha Donkor in taking on my case. At first she listen gave me her email which I then forwarded my information 48 hrs no response, rang again speak to Philip another solicitor then assure me someone will ring to discuss case. Someone from unknown number rang to tell me they cannot accept case. Took them 3 days of wasting my time, to tell me they won’t accept my case. Then after waiting I emailed Natasha the third day then she finally responded you been contacting others in the firm. This lady is a waste of time and I am not impressed with her attitude and professionalism. I find her rude and arrogant like she has a chip and her shoulder. I don’t recommend this law firm they are time waster.

I contacted Stuart miller prior to my magistrates cour appearance. They were friendly on first contact, helpful and non judgemental. I can't recommend these solicitors enough!

I used a case with trasnport police and TFL having been caught using my mother 60+ oyster card.
It was the most difficult and scary thing I expereinced.
I didn't know it was such a big deal. I googled solicitors and contacted Stuart Miller by the phone on Saturday morning! Their oncall soliciotr at the time picked up and was extremely helpful with advice.
I then contacted them again when my investigation letter came in. It was on such short notice and they managed to send one of their team with me to the investigation interview. The solicitor was punctual and super professional. I was in a very shaking place and he was calm and went through everything with me before we got in the interview and was extremely helpful with supporting me while answering questions.
He then advised me on how to go about the case and the next step.
I received another request for more information and I contacted the solicitors again, they advised me on the phone again so quickly within an hour of my attempt to reach out! They advised on the next steps.
I received my letter from TFL to settle out of court. I'm so relieved and so utterly grateful for Stuart Miller's team support, particularly the wonderful Yen and Philip.
