I've used Tim a number of times before and pleased we did again. Conveyancing solicitors seem very hard to contact generally and so it's great that I could get responses and proactivity from Tim and team.

The sale of a late relatives property was handled with the minimum of hassle and the maximum of professionalism.

The solicitor from Streeter Marshall assigned to act on behalf of our son was Bonnie Davies, along with her secretary, Samantha Sonmez. (We had a significant role as our son works variable night and day shifts.)
Bonnie protected our interests at every turn (over seven months) from the sloppy approach of the vendor's and lease-holder's solicitors. She was alert to our concerns as purchasers and as future vendors. Samantha has long experience of interacting with official bodies (Land Registry etc). Her familiarity with procedure instilled further assurance that in every respect, negotiations were in safe hands. Interactions with the switchboard were helpful, enabling contact or response with minimal delay. The estate agent also recommended Bonnie very highly.

We recently instructed Streeter and Marshall for the purchase of our first home. Having had both of our parents use Tim Farrington for various matters in the past, it was a no-brainer but to use him for our first purchase and he certainly lived up to expectation. Tim was professional, supportive and efficient guiding us through a process that was very new to us.
