Tone deaf customer service
When I took the car in, I was told that there were no mechanics available and so they would let me know when the work would be done. I was travelling to Australia for Christmas, so told them I couldn't pick up the car for an extended period of time after mid December until 6th Jan. I heard nothing until a midnight call between Christmas and New Year asking me when I will pick up the car.
Service are tone deaf, and it would appear have no customer management system. No apology for calling at an incredibly inconvenient time.
The work done replaced one interior part with a different looking part. When I questioned this there was no hint of an apology, but they did rectify the problem, hence 3 stars not 1.
