Dealership so disorganised
I made two appointments to drop my car off for repair and both appointments they had to rearrange due to lack of parts and no hire car available while my car was being repaired.
No call was made to me to make me aware of this so time wasted going in to drop car of for repair.

poor build quality
poor build quality, incompetant workshop staff cant even tighten a nut to get rid of noisy tapping sound inside boot spoiler on Range Rover Evoque. Spoiler has had a vinyl applied to it and they blaming this as the cause, when its clear its a loose fitting inside the spoiler.

Absolutely fantastic care and service by Vicky (my appointed contact) at Stratstone Wolves. After months and months of JLR HQ messing me (and many others) around with a manufacturer fault on the F Pace, I finally managed to get my car booked in with Stratstone Wolverhampton for repair and Vicky could not have been more helpful, understanding and accommodating. She kept me informed at every stage and treated me like a valued customer. Vicky is worth her weight in gold for Stratstone Wolverhampton. Thank you to Vicky and the entire team for sorting an issue with my car in less than 2 weeks when JLR HQ couldn’t even reply to an email in that time. It’s truly the people at the ‘bottom’ of the chain keeping brands like JLR reputable and deserve all the good recognition they get, and more.

Appalling customer service only…
Appalling customer service only interested in selling you a car. when you have problems they treat you like a hot potato never return calls, constantly chasing them for updates. Waited 18 months for new car only to have problems after 1 week… had to return the car after 3 months and finally got my money back 6 months later and a lot of stress. completely put me off buying a range Rover ever again.
