On the day the Salesman did a great job - It was the upgrade that I wanted. The salesman had great knowledge of the product answered all my question and was very positive. The trade in of my vehicle to the handover of the new car was very smooth. James Barney did a great job.

JLR should never have Stratstone as a dealership, they took four months and previously I have had to remove cars from them to get it repaired.

Avoid if you can!!
This was my third car purchase from JLR Wolverhampton in the past 8 years, it’s also been the worst by far. From the very start to the end, I experienced an appalling lack of communication from the salesman — including being outright lied to at one stage (which was even coincidently recorded on day of collection and am now looking at an appropriate way to take this further).
I raised a formal complaint with the manager and was told I would receive a response after an investigation. It’s now been 8 weeks and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. No follow-up, no apology, no resolution.
On the day of collecting my brand new Defender 130, I was made to feel like I was picking up a toy car — not a significant purchase. The level of service was completely unacceptable, especially for a premium brand like Land Rover.
It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to leave this review, as my past experiences were positive. However, being misled, ignored, and ultimately disregarded is unacceptable. I strongly recommend anyone considering a Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle to visit a different dealership — this one has clearly gone downhill.
