It's nice to be dealt with by the same friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team. It's not cheap, but the staff go out of their way to ensure that we can keep our lovely family car going mile after mile.

The staff were courteous, informative and efficient. I was very pleased with the service and the valet carried out on my Land Rover was to a very high standard. Great customer service.

Recently purchased a Land Rover from Stratstone Land Rover Nottingham. Vehicle arrived immaculate, there were a few small issues. We dealt with Rosie Sawyer and a few other team members regarding getting the issues resolved, and I am blown away by the level of customer service we have received, it's been nothing short of exceptional!! They have gone over an above for us, arranged for a courtesey car whilst my vehicle is being looked at and even identified things that I never picked up and had them repaired. Their communication has been great. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, they go above and beyond, which is rare in this day and age.

Poor customer service - drop your car off and hear nothing again until it’s fixed - 1 day, 2 days, 5 days - who knows?! Seems that none of the phones work in the service dept - or everyone is so busy they don’t have time to answer.

Fast, efficient and easy

The worst customer service. Misled and told lies to then when complained they were condescending and rude. On top of the over inflated prices not sure about the quality of the service but time will tell. Reported to Jaguar UK

My complaint submitted today.....

On 18th October I took delivery of a brand new Evoque. Within 2 days it developed a fault whereby the centre console screen kept going black and wouldn't work. As a result, I had no access to my reverse camera, sat nav, any in car entertainment or any settings.

I called your Service Centre in Derby. They were closed due to flooding, so I was told to call your road side recovery service. The number I was provided with to use, took me through to a finance company you use who only operate Monday to Friday.

I called the Service Centre in Derby again. This time I was provided with another number and when I called, they said they don't deal with 'software issues'.

I called your Service Centre in Nottingham. After much back and forth, eventually the car was booked in for repair. I booked it in for 3 issues;
1 The repeatedly failing centre console screen
2 A noise engine which frankly, sounds like a dirty old diesel car, not a brand new hybrid petrol
3 An intermittent coo'ing noise, for which a recording of the sound was available

As a result of you being understaffed and therefore unable to collect my car for repair, I spent an entire day at your service centre whilst you investigated these issues. And the experience was woeful. An hour drive there, 8 hours sat in your freezing cold customer waiting area which I was told was a 'place I could work from'. It was cold, grey, miserable and with incredibly limited facilities. I had to walk down the street to purchase an electric fan heater to survive the day in your service centre! Then, another hour drive home. 10 hours in total of my time.

When my car was returned to me, I was told the software had been upgraded so that'd fix the screen issue. The noisy engine just needed to be run in. And as they couldn't replicate the coo'ing noise, there was nothing that could be done about that. And, that was that. For 10 hours of my time, that's what I got. I felt completely fobbed off, somewhat patronised and above all, incredibly disappointed.

Within 48 hours of departure, the screen failed again. On 30th November I called your 'Service' centre (in ' ' because I fail to see ANY service being delivered) to arrange for the car to be reassessed. The phone run and run and eventually hung up. Then when I tried to call back, the line just kept dropping. I called your sales office and spoke to a lovely lady who assured me I would receive a call back the same day. She empathised entirely with my situation and expressed much understanding about my frustration. But guess what, here we are, 36 hours later, no call back. Absolutely diabolical.

Can I just say, I have driven many premium brand cars from new and my experience of Range Rover from start to finish has been absolutely hidious. In every respect.
- The car developed it's first fault with less than 80 miles on the clock!
- I had to drive an hour each way to get my car 'assessed' because you didn't have availability to collect and return the car
- I had to work out of a freezing, and frankly wholly unsuitable 'work area'
- My car was in your care for 10 hours and you have failed to identify or resolve ANY of the 3 issues raised
- I am now no longer able to contact you about the matter
- Calls backs that are promised, aren't delivered.

I have never. Never ever, experienced a new car or aftercare service like it. I have driven Audi's, BMW's and Mercedes..... simply put, how on earth can Range Rover get it so wrong in comparison to these others.
