Recently had my car serviced for the first time and had a very easy experience throughout. My car was collected and returned to my home all nice and clean inside and out! I was kept informed during the whole process by Rui Carvalho-Pereira from sending me a video to speaking to me to explain a few things. From booking in with Charlotte a few months ago to having my car delivered back to me it was a very easy and professional process.Easy online payment too. Starting from when i entered the dealership, William H approached me and sat me down to discuss the car i had in mind. He got an idea of what BMW 3 series that were available and quickly got the car i chose round for me to see. The car was stunning from day 1 and still to this day. Will then sat with me showed me round the car, the features it had and all comfort buttons. He also came out with me on the test drive which i recommend for anyone who has a lot of questions like i did. William was very approachable friendly and helpful with his knowledge about cars. Once we arrived back at the dealership we sat down, i was also offered details on how i could part exchange my vehicle, for the age it was i was well happy with the value i was given. I also chose to get the ceramic coating which i would also recommend to everyone because it brings out a deeper colour of the car and feels smooth as anything; and you also get a free cleaning kit which is handy because I now can wash my car myself every time. The best bit for me was the peace of mind knowing i have the BMW warranty which just puts me at ease on every journey and shows the reliability of the car. Even the aftercare is amazing, William H as well as other staff always offers to help and answers any questions i have. The process of buying and exchanging cars was quick as anything and hassle free. I'd definitely buy from there again for the service and friendliness of their staff. Nothing short of a perfection

Great experience buying our new car from will at the hull showroom. We knew what we wanted and will made sure we got it. We are extremely happy with our new purchase and will definitely be going back for our next car.

My car was due in for a service. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The showroom was very clean and tidy. Although when asked which contact I wanted to be contacted on, they contacted my carer instead of contacting myself, but luckily this was not a problem.

My experience in becoming a proud car owner at Stratstone was nothing but excellent. Paul Redshow made the whole car ownership process easy, smooth and flawless. With all Paul's efforts, it took less than a week for my car to be delivered (this also plausible, as delivery to London coincided with National Rail Strike Action). The team is outstandibly professional, customer focused and caring. Their knowledge and communication skills are commendable. I am really grateful for all of your support in the process.
