Had to request updates myself, and felt the lady looking after me, felt pushed to go to an effort in getting me an update on my car.

Appalling Customer Service
Appalling customer service and I received no response to multiple queries submitted through the website despite false promises in their follow-up email that their dedicated advisors will shortly be in touch?! Furthermore, the issue that needed resolving was of the dealership’s making which makes this even more galling!
Consequently, I will definitely not buy my next car from Manchester Audi or any other Stratstone dealership.

The worst customer service I've ever…
The worst customer service I've ever had getting my car serviced. The first time I came it was good, got a walk-around video and full report at the end. On this recent occasion I got nothing other than 'everything's fine' from a representative. I specifically told them about an issue with the rear wiper and was assured this would be fixed but it was never looked at and is still broken. I never received a report or a shred of evidence that my car had actually been serviced. A few weeks later, my oil indicator comes on for being low (which is part of the service) - I've called and emailed 8 times, including the service follow-up email - absolutely no reply. Would not come here for such an extortoniate price and poor customer service again.

A disgrace to the Audi brand
Superficially, the service here is good. Very welcoming and friendly. But that’s where it ends. I’ve had the misfortune of having to take my Audi here for its services and MOTs over the last four years and every time I’ve been left dissatisfied. Several months ago they failed to perform an urgent tyre replacement during a service (even though I authorised the work), leaving me with no choice but to drive it home. The tyre went flat and the dealership refused to speak to me. I was told at least four times that a manager would get back to me but this never happened. I made a formal complaint to Stratstone, both via their website and by email, and this had also been completely ignored by them. They are a disgrace to the Audi brand.

MOT, after 4 days of holding my car they couldn’t do it. Took it elsewhere and it was done in 35mins.

Absolute shocking service from audi never would i get another car or recommend them to anybody bought a car in October kept having problems with it they said they would book it and get it sorted everytime it comes to the day they would push it back and say the part hasn't come from Germany yet, Then once the engine management light came on they was straight onto it took the car off me for 2weeks apparently fixed it yet the problem is still there now one again they just keep pushing me away and blaming it on tyres now when it's nothing to do with my tyres
