Polite, informative and gave me a video of what they had done.

I’ve had a central locking issue with my Audi A6 for over a year. Despite multiple visits and supposed repairs, the problem remains unresolved. My service booking made in March was confirmed for May, only to be cancelled last minute due to no courtesy car—despite nearly 2 months’ notice.

Rebooked for July, meaning I miss my annual service this month. Audi UK’s Executive Office got involved, but even they are now being ignored by Bolton Audi. It's a shame — I’ve been repeatedly ghosted, first by local staff, then by their own customer relations. Now taking my car to Halfords just to get it serviced on time.

This is not the premium service one expects from Audi. After this experience, I’ll never consider buying an Audi again. There’s clearly a pattern here—just look at the other recent reviews.

Invoice got paid twice. Has been 4 weeks despite 10 phone calls money has still not been returned. No communication from the dealership. For a main dealer it is very disappointing to delay and not communicate

It would seem reasonable to expect that when you have purchased a brand new car it would not have issues within 2 weeks of leaving the showroom namely all the electronic warnings coming on and no speedo making it illegal to drive! I understand that through no fault of the dealership things can go wrong. It is how you deal with this that often shows a company in its true light. My experience has been woeful ! I currently have no car no information and at this stage can return the car as it’s under 30 days old. If I was the senior manager I’d at least try to help. I’m much happier to give good reviews and have so in relation to the salesman Peter I bought the car from. He is seriously let down by aftersales. Go elsewhere

I went to Stratstone bolton for test driving new Audi q3 hybrid and q4 etron which I was booked in for.
Test drive went great with junior colleague. He prepared offers for both but q3 new was not available and i was intrigued by q4 offers.
After few discussions we had very good deal but as I wanted to take some time to review which Junior was ok with.
But as i needed some kore time to review PCP contract, i said I will confirm by EOD, but the Manager called me (after confronting the junior colleague in front of me which is totally unethical and uninspiring for juniors) and pushed that deal is only for this hour and not even day and pushed me to buy giving a great q3 deal as well which I was surprised as he raised the exchange valuation by £500. Again intrigued but wanted some time away to read and finalise PCP agreement and said that i will confirm by eod.
I had almost made my mind for q3 and was about to say yes though Manager kept talking and pushing me not letting me think.
So i had to come back sadly without the deal due to Manager’s behaviour.

Very disappointed, doubt I will ever use this branch again. Why is your date formatted for USA??

Had my Q7 booked in for a service with some repair work identified. I agreed the costs quoted and went to pick up the car and was told that the repair costs had almost doubled as they had not added further labour costs. They wanted to charge a further 6.5 hours work at £150 per hour to fit two coil springs...this could be done within an hour!

To top everything off, despite buying the Q7 from them a few years ago, they transferred my account to someone else!

After complaining to the service manager on the day, I was promised a call back to review the issues. That never happened. A formal complaint was then made to the dealership who haven't bothered to respond. After escalating to Audi UK, they called to say they would look into what has happened and call back in 2 days. That didn't happen and we are now 1 week later.

Absolutely shocking customer service and a complete disregard shown. Their conduct has been nothing short of apauling. Trying to con me our of £100s is just shocking! I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Go to BMW or Merc instead!

*update - I had initially emailed the address the dealership has directed me to, but they haven't responded to the original complaint in the first place - what a farce! *

Given it was the first day of the new 25 registration, and the showroom was busy, I was treated well and in decent time under the circumstances. Courtesy car was ready and waiting. Only issue was "missing" replacement part (rear wiper) despite my advising on more than one occasion in the weeks leading up to my visit that it would require replacing.

I had to wait 6 weeks to get my car serviced and a courtesy car provided (mobility issues). Email confirmation received. Turned up today to be told they has no record of my appointment and I would have to wait another 2 months! MOT about to expire! adblue running out! Waited twenty minutes to be told issue and another twenty minutes for a supervisor to no bother turing up!!!

Avoid this dealership at all costs! They don’t return calls, or emails. Must have called 15 times. They haven’t got a clue about customer service! Never ever have I come across such an appalling main dealer! I am still £150 out of pocket for a bodged oil service at this dealership & another Audi dealership had to rectify their mistake! They have also entered the incorrect mileage after the service into the app so my service history on the car is wrong. 4 weeks later still waiting on both issues to be sorted. A major problem if I want to sell the car! Ran by incapable morons!

Excellent service and friendly staff

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car went in for a well-known recall and was advised it would be back with me within the day. The car was returned 2 days later with bodywork damage. I am still waiting for this to be fixed from November, although it is booked in to be done in March. I have lost count how many times I have not had calls returned. I had to constantly chase to get the car booked in for damage they had done.

Poor Customer Service. I was made to feel like it was my fault that they had not provided a Courtesy Car. Stratstone blamed the Lease Company and the Lease Company denied responsibility. In fairness I was given a lift back home however I was without a car for the day and took the day off work. Mistakes happen but this could have been dealt with better instead of making me feel like it was my mistake.
