I was very impressed with the level of communication during my 1st service at this branch

Terrible communication and customer service

Went in for a regular service only to pick up major safety items excluded like overdue brake fluid change and other items. Mis sold service plan without informing that the items are excluded and then no communication call or at the point of handing over the keys about the subject. When picking up the car found these in the job sheet and when raising this with the service advisor was told that a manager will ring us which never happened.

Everyone is so professional and keep you informed at all stages.

As a customer I want my expectations to be proactively managed and commitments to be met. I understand that service may take longer than originally envisaged, but please proactively let me know, rather than me having to chase for updates.

Prompt attention from the time I walked in and my car was ready soon afterwards.

Genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever encountered.
Dragged on for 3 weeks with abysmal communication, a variety of lies and overcharges, causing serious impact to my mental and physical health.
Felt like I was being gaslighted.
Avoid at all costs.

Took my car in for engine overheating/coolant warning fault (audi rs5 2018). Car was already booked in for spark plugs service so who better to look at the fault than audi themselves. Initially booked with a courtesy car and received none. Never mind all sorted and £3000 and 25 days later got my car back. Have since now gone back twice for the same fault. No courtesy car offered. I've lost my breakdown callout also. Only picked car up yesterday for the 3rd time and told all resolved and was a software update that fixed it. 24 hours later my car is showing the same fault. Im furious and appaled. I've paid over £2.5k for the fix and been back 2 times already. I will now be calling in the morning and bringing the car back for the 3rd time! This is in real time. At this point im going to be talking to my lawyer and check on consumer rights for a repair because its a full joke of lost time from work, cost, no courtesy/loan car and left to my own demise if something goes wrong. I have no idea what you guys actually fix or diagnose if im getting the same fault within 24 hours. And this is with having my car multiple times for a period of multiple days each time. You will be getting a visit from me tomorrow and an official complaint being raised tomorrow I've lost my patience and out of pocket for it too. Please avoid at all costs dealing with this place if you actually care about your car and want something done find an alternative place. Once you've paid your stuck. It a joke for Audi and as a first time experience if there was a minus rating available I would do it. Expect to see me tomorrow. See my photo for reference of my issue today and the last 3 times... Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I still haven’t received my deposit refund, despite being told multiple times that “they’re looking into it.” It’s been quite a while now, and there’s still no money and no clear explanation. Very disappointing experience – especially coming from a premium brand. I would not recommend Audi Amersham unless they seriously improve their aftersales service.

Customer service and communication mediocre; Some aspects of service good, ie video sent of initial repair required but diagnostic form also provided, requires more information. Time taken to repair poor; Lack of customer care overall especially as delayed progress to repair due to further damage to my car caused by the garage; No courtesy car offered for delayed period.

Disappointing service standards, I had made an appointment to view a used car, after arriving at agreed time I was advised the sales representative was busy and would be with me shortly.
After waiting 45 mins, I checked again and advised was still busy.
I would not recommend this dealer for a used Audi

They do not get in touch with you even after confirmation they will.
This is how they treat long standing customers.
Will not use this dealership ever again.

Very Disappointed with the service,was the second time in 2 years which on both visits was unable to deal because unprofessional staff !! Offered an awful price on a part exchange which I achieved nearly 4 times what they offered me from another Audi main dealer.
