I took my car to Amersham Audi three times for the same issue, as nothing was resolved during the first two visits. On the third visit, my car remained with them for almost a month, with very little clear communication or regular updates.

Although the faulty part was eventually replaced, I discovered further damage to my car after collecting it. When I raised this with Amersham Audi, they denied responsibility and refused to resolve the matter.

The whole experience has caused me significant stress, and I now feel I have no option but to consider legal action, which is creating even more pressure. Given my previous complaint and the way this matter has been handled, I feel that I have been treated unfairly and harassed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Amersham Audi.

Stratstone had my car for 12 weeks, and I'm only marginally further forwards than when it went in.

Weeks would go by without any update. In fact I'm not sure I got a single proactive update during that time. I had to call. And when I say call: 90% of the time the phones wouldn't be answered. And on the odd occasion I did get through, miraculously the person I needed to talk to was "on the phone" .. but obviously never to me.

And so I'd leave a message with the poor receptionist. "It's really important K calls me back", "can you please make sure he actually calls me back". Never happened. Well maybe once - in 12 weeks.

At one point it was so bad, the only way I could actually speak to anyone was to physically go to the showroom. It's as if phones and email didn't exist.

Disastrous. And all this time I didn't get a courtesy car (despite asking) - so was shelling out on taxis to get to the showroom to speak to people, and hire cars whenever I wanted to go away.

My wife took her car to this appalling garage around two weeks ago for an airbag recall and to investigate several fault warnings that were showing on the vehicle.

The garage had the car for a full day and achieved nothing. We were only informed that the airbag replacement part was unavailable when my wife arrived to drop the car off, despite them knowing in advance that the recall work was required.

We were then told that fault checks had been completed the following day, but the car was simply returned to my wife with the faults unresolved and no explanation of what the issues were or how they intended to fix them.

Since then, my wife has called at least seven times requesting an update and has never received a callback. I then tried to get answers myself. I have called more than 15 times, left messages for various members of senior management, and repeatedly contacted the service department, yet no one has had the courtesy to respond.

This garage is an absolute joke. The level of customer service is disgraceful, communication is non-existent, and there is a complete lack of professionalism throughout the business. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic customer care, I would strongly recommend avoiding this garage.

I had a problem with an A6 Avant which was less than 2 years old. I had the vehicle fixed under warranty. The vehicle arrived on the 31st of March (at Audi Amersham). Was not looked at until the 13th of April. A part was ordered, arrived the following week and could not be fitted because they did not have the right tool. A further delay. Once this was fixed, the fault was still present. Another part was ordered, arrived, and they needed another specialist tool. A further delay. I eventually got the vehicle back on the 7th of May. This is a dealership that sells hybrid and electric vehicles. I expected a dealership selling Audi EV's to be able to have the appropriate technical staff and tools to service them. Communications were very poor throughout the period.

I had a service completed whilst I waited.. the staff were fab and really helpful.. there was a nice little seating area where I was able to work from and a free coffee machine (which was actually pretty good coffee). I was in and out an hour earlier than expected which was great! Thank you so much 🙂

Superb customer service across all areas over 10+ years, I’ve bought second hand and new Audis from Audi Amersham and have been using their service plan exclusively- appreciate the proactive calls to have car booked in and the one to one attention from the service team. Excellent care for my beloved Q3! Highly recommended.

The most careless and unprofessional garage you will ever come across.
- Mix ups with booking my car in for service and mot.
- Name spelt incorrectly on 3 separate occasions by staff at the branch, which meant I had to provide ID to confirm my own name.
- Miss quoting by £600 for work necessary.
- 45 miles taken off the range, which has been 'explained'.
- Car washed by Stevie Wonder, potentially damaging my car paint.
- Tyre pressure warning light not reset after changing a tyre.
- 3 months later and I have had 2 emails and 1 missed phone call to resolve.

Their customer service is an absolute joke. Honestly, I don't know how Audi allows this branch to be run like this (it looks like a lot of other people have had a similar experience).

I have a Q6 which is under a year old and has been experiencing electrical issues, so I booked it in with Amersham Audi to get this looked into. One day before the appointment, they called to say the courtesy car wasn't available, so I had to cancel and rebook. They said the next available appointment with a courtesy car was in 2 months' time, so I booked it.

Once again, a guy called Kevin called me the day before to confirm, but this time said there wasn't a courtesy car on the booking. I explained that I'd waited 2 months for this because it was the next available appointment with a courtesy car. Kevin apologised and blamed the previous service manager, who had now left the business. He said he would speak with his manager and call me first thing the following morning — he didn't.

Over the next 10 days, I called asking for Kevin 4 times — he ignored my calls and didn't call back. On day 11, I finally got hold of him and he apologised again. He then booked me in for another appointment 2 weeks later with a courtesy car.

On the morning of the appointment, I drove 20 minutes to Audi and decided to call on the way to confirm. Lo and behold, I got through to Kevin, who told me there had been an issue and the courtesy car wasn't available. Bear in mind I'd rearranged my work diary (I was due to be in London today), and once again they've completely messed me around without ANY notice.

Honestly, an absolutely shocking and incompetent level of service — avoid this garage at all costs.

Willingness to get involved with an app fault.

Came here after being ignored at West London Audi, what a difference. Loui our sales advisor was amazing from start to finish. I'm loving my brand new car.

All okay and service was good although had to call myself for updates and the payment for the second work had to go to bank and not able to pay over the phone by card this was not advised to me initially when the car was returned to me
