Really pleased with my experience using StovesAreUs when I bought a Kamado Joe Classic I bbq for my husbands birthday. Very happy with the product, competitively priced and they were happy to price match which reduced the price further. Very efficient customer service support. The item was packaged really well and delivered within two days. Would definitely use this company again.

Only reason I called Wes for a delivery update and she gave me all the info I needed and followed up with an email . Delivery was excellent staff were respectful and friendly. We are very pleased with the fire we have purchased from StovesAreUs. The installation was very smooth and the control on the side of the fire makes it so easy to turn on and off..

The electric stove/fire is great worth every penny, But the delivery firm don't do what they say they won't notify you beforehand and they won't ring before they arrive also, they won't take the pallet back with them, but the seller is great would recommend them.

The whole experience was very professional and the delivery was very prompt. Very satisfied.

The umbrella we purchased was a good price and delivered on time, I had reason to contact them as some of the fixings were missing. They responded quickly and we received the fixings a few days later. Overall very happy with the service and would definately recommend

You did exactly what you promised

Well good folks, I will tell you the sequence of events and you can decide if you would like to place an order and trust your hard earned cash to this company. Looking for Dimplex Opti V electric fire (£1165.00) saw an ad advising 5% discount if you order over bank holiday weekend will delivery by 7th September. Went online paid the money over on 29th August 2026. Received confirmation from them advising sit tight relax. However, after 4 days hadn't had update so contacted them by email for update, received return email advising will contact Dimplex immediately for their update, but advised had received a high number of enquiries the usual excuses etc. I then telephoned Stoves R U to get a clearer picture as the promised dated of 7th September for delivery looked very doubtful. Was advised they will ring Dimplex immediately and update, which they did. Dimplex apparently advised them all orders would be despatch that day or the day after (today 4th September) when pushed for a more definitive timescale about my order, wasnt forthcoming just a general all orders to be depatched. It was also pointed out to me well, you did order over a bank holiday and we dont work Saturday or Sunday and we do say 5 working days, which was all rubbish excuses trying to cover their tracks. Then it would be down to the courier company AIT to make arrangements for delivery. Then I read the reviews for this courier company and did not fill me with confidence. An hour later or thereabouts we receive an email advising Dimplex had now changed the expected order to be available for despatch in the next 2/3 weeks then our contact would be this same courier company with the not so great feedback. At this point we cancelled the order, the promise of delivery by next Monday was obviously not true. The claim is still on their website for delivery of this particular fire by Monday 7th September. Was also advise had to wait 3-5 days for confirmation, not sure what the confirmation is required for. At this point, fairly aggrieved that we had been duped into purchasing something they did not hold stock for rang Dimplex direct. The apologised for this but explained our issue is with Stoves R Us and could not get involved. Luckily we had the forethought to place the order using the guarantee of our credit card. They gave us another company WEST COUNTRY FIRES, to contact based in Southampton, which we did yesterday at approximately 4pm. Spoke with Danni, lovely lady. Took our order confirmed by email, booked courier for Monday and delivery to Scotland by next Thursday and cheaper than Stoves R Us. We await our refund, and now on to advise trading standards of our treatment by them. So as I say you decide if this is the company you wish to trust your cash with.

The stove I bought was great but beware that they don’t deliver to your door , they leave it on the path, I had to make sure I had my guy there that was installing the stove to get the stove into my house as I would never have been able to do this on my own

ordered an electric fire on Tuesday 1st September.. delivered on Thursday 3rd September...fitted by me same day.. excellent service from the company and more than pleased with the fire..

We ordered a fire surround, hearth and fireplace chamber.
I’d love rate the products but due to ongoing delays with dispatch and delivery they still haven’t arrived.
Ive given two stars as so far all I can comment on is the response times to my enquiries.
I’ve had over 11 texts from the courier today advising it will be with me in at allotted times (first one at 8.44am). It’s now 9pm and nothing. After waiting in all day to receive delivery, this is frustrating. The item stated 2 weeks delivery, it’s been over 4 with builders/flooring men waiting to fit.

Ordered a stove, had quick replies to my emails and the delivery went smoothly

I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling customer service and illegal business practices of Stoves Are Us. I purchased an Evonic Welford 1350 fireplace from them in October 2025, which arrived inherently faulty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, my contract was strictly with Stoves Are Us as the supplier. Instead of fulfilling their legal obligations, they completely shirked their responsibility and passed me back to the manufacturer for a repair. In February after two failed repair attempts by Evonic, I formally requested a replacement fire. This request was completely ignored by Stoves Are Us, leaving me with a defective product and no resolution. With no other option left, I had to contact my bank to initiate a Section 75 claim to recover my money. Disgracefully, Stoves Are Us even ignored two separate pieces of correspondence from my bank during the investigation. Because of the company's total failure to respond, the bank quite rightly ruled in my favour by default and reimbursed my money in full.
Stoves Are Us showed a complete disregard for UK consumer law and zero respect for their customers. If you buy from them and something goes wrong, expect to be abandoned. Avoid this company at all costs.
