They were a very communicative company
They were a very communicative company. The whole experience was good from order to delivery. Having just moved we originally gave them a wrong address! They were at either ends of the country and we were facing an expensive redelivery charge, however stoves are us contacted us directly to solve the problem. Stove was well packed and our successful delivery very quick.

Competitive price and great experience
I ordered a woodburning stove from StovesRUs and found the price to be very competitive compared with other suppliers. The communication throughout the delivery process was excellent and I was kept well informed about the expected delivery date. When I called with a query, the staff were also polite and helpful.
A particular mention must go to the delivery driver, who was incredibly helpful. The stove and the pallet weighed around 100kg and had to be moved along our gravel driveway, but he managed to get it safely inside the house and protected from the elements. I really appreciated the extra effort, particularly given the weight and the difficult surface.
The stove arrived in excellent condition and was subsequently installed without any problems. It looks great and works beautifully, so I'm very pleased with the purchase.
Thank you to everyone involved - I'm now very much looking forward to a cosy winter!
