Story Homes Anmeldelser

From the first time we visited the show home, Stacey has been amazing. She talked us through the whole selling / buying process and has kept us updated every step of the way. We have visited the office on numerous occasions with family members to show them what our new home will look like and she has been really accommodating and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her anything about the whole process. She’s amazing at her job!

Stacey has been helpful in absolutely every way imaginable and could not possibly have done any more.

I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that me and my partner would not be getting the home of our dreams without the support of Stacey. I would have given up weeks ago

In this day and age to know that there is an actual human being answering the phone and supporting is rare in itself but when that person is as friendly and helpful as Stacey and every conversation is enjoyable and useful it has to be said that she is one of life's heroes

As first time buyers, the purchasing process can be confusing and daunting. Stacey has guided and supported us through each stage, which made the process of buying our first home very pleasant and exciting. Together with Amber, they form an excellent team.

I recently contacted Story Homes regarding a leak, and I was very impressed with the service I received from Michael and Chris. They were both friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout the process. They took my concerns seriously, kept me informed, and worked efficiently to rectify the issue. I'm very happy with the support they provided and the outcome achieved!

My wife and I recently reserved a plot at the Woodbridge Green development, and our experience so far has been exceptional. The sales team have been consistently supportive and knowledgeable. Sarah, who has since moved to another site, and John, who has continued her work seamlessly, have both been fantastic. They guided us through every choice for our options and upgrades and have always been welcoming and accommodating, even when we’ve dropped in unplanned.

Kyle, the site manager, has also been brilliant. He is friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. We really appreciate the time he has taken to explain the build process, his attention to detail, and the opportunity to view our plot when it has been safe to do so.

From reservation to exchange of contracts and through all our choices, the entire process has been smooth and supported by a genuinely lovely, personable team. We can’t wait to move in!

Really easy to deal with as a company and lovely helpful staff.

Our experience with Story Homes has been fantastic, the whole process has been well organised and smooth with regular updates on how the build is coming along. Tracey has been absolutely amazing, she has so much knowledge and helped us with the vast range of choices available.
We can’t wait for completion day!!

Tracey has been fantastic help through our home buying journey. Without her expert guidance, I don’t think this process will have been as smooth as it has been. I can’t wait until completion.

Amanda is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient, especially when asking many questions.
The showhome was immaculate, well presented with a lovely homely feel.

I can’t thank Ruby & Sarah at The Fairways, Story Homes, for their help and kindness. Jack and I are first time buyers so we don’t necessarily have strong knowledge of house buying and Ruby & Sarah have been so helpful, reassuring and patient with us especially with all our questions. Ruby has guided us through plans and options and provided expertise on what works well and what doesn’t.
We are pleased with the ease of the process and the support we have had.

Stacey has been nothing short of amazing from day one with us. From regular show home viewings, to reserving our dream home, exchanging contracts and all the follow up appointments we have received a personal and five star service. Stacey’s approach adds a personal touch to buying our dream home and has been supportive throughout. Her knowledge and expertise have been invaluable.
Additionally, Amber has also been on hand to support and provide excellent service!

Derrick attended our property to fix some internal door issues. He was able to quickly identify what the problem was, fix all of our issues and undertake some precautionary checks on other doors to make sure that the same issue wouldn't occur in the future. Derrick was very polite and professional and a credit to Story homes

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Jonathan throughout the reservation process. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process clearly and ensuring we fully understood everything.

Jonathan is so approachable, kind, and patient, which made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he responded promptly with detailed and informative answers, which really reassured us and gave us confidence in our decision.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his level of professionalism combined with genuine care for our experience really stood out. We’re very grateful for all his help and support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Aftercare at Story Homes has been wonderful. My home had basically no snags or issues and was perfect. As soon as I have needed some support Michael in Aftercare supported me right away and had a plumber out to my home within 1 hour (out of hours) and the minor issue was resolved. Huge thank you to Michael for supporting me and for being such a pleasure to deal with.

We visited the show homes recently with Tracey Kelly at Tithe Meadows, Poulton-Le-Fylde, she was so helpful. She took the time to find out what home would suit us and let us view a finished property. We were impressed with the friendly service from Tracey and build quality of the homes.

We hope to be able to proceed with a purchase in the future.

Myself and my partner visited Elmbrook Park looking for our forever home. The development is so pretty and the sales women, Emma was so attentive, approachable and friendly. We will definitely be coming back when we are in a better position to reserve because of her

We have had a fantastic experience with Samantha and Story Homes throughout the buying process. Samantha has been friendly, professional, and always available to answer any questions we had. She has kept us informed every step of the way and made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Samantha and Story Homes to anyone looking for a new home.

The sales girl Emma was amazing, very informative and really put time and effort in to answering all my queries during my visit to Elmbrook Park.
Will definitely be returning when in a position to reserve

Such a warm and welcoming space, as first time buyers visiting multiple developments, we spent some time at story homes where Johnathan was super helpful and gave us thorough advice pointing us in the right direction.
