Scam artists. Cancelled the free trial and they keep trying to take £450 from my account

Thanks for the reply. It’s a shame you couldn’t have just responded to my email, rather than ignoring it and continuing to try taking the money. You only replied to me when it was done in the form of a review and you needed to try to protect your reputation.

Very Valuable Subscription for DIY Traders

At the moment I think this is expensive for what it offers. Unless you wish to deal in US equities or delve into illiquid small caps there isn't much value to be had. - actually I'm not sure how much value there is in information on US equities it's just every time I run a screen most candidates seem to be US. Outside of small caps there isn't really much information that you couldn't glean elsewhere for free.
Also some of the stock ranks seem to be slow to react - Centrica was showing as a growth stock for quite some period when it obviously wasn't. Another example RENOLD has the highest Stock Rank of 100 and is in the 90s for Quality, Value and Momentum yet the price is down by 20% in 5 weeks.
This isn't an advisory service and you are told to DYOR which to my mind is what Stocko should help with so one could say 'what is the point?'.
In summary it has lots of content but little of it useful - I'm hoping it becomes more useful if the UK stock market picks up.
Bear in mind that if you pay yearly and want UK and US it'll cost you £450 - that's quite an overhead to recoup before you can turn a profit.

The team have spent years making the data more readable and more accessible. This allows individuals to select their own strategies and test them against the strategies of the giants of investing.

The structure of the website is well designed and relatively easy to understand. This is complimented by the useful series of seminars with Q&A sessions.

I pay for UK and US stock data.

Great company - love the SCVR each day and the Stock Ranks are a brilliant tool.

As a retail investor in Sydney, I have found the Stockopedia subscription invaluable. From the StockReports to the research articles, the content is amazing. All of the Stockopedia team including Elio and Chris in Australia, provide an excellent service.

I think Stockopedia is great. Admittedly I have not used its closest competitor sharescope/sharepad but I like S'pedia for the following reasons
1. Its traffic light system and rating of shares is a quick reliable and ? unique feature that helps you get to grips with a share in minuites
2. The Small Cap Value Report - if you are into the smaller end of the UK market is kind of invaluable/essential and

3. The discussion group / user forum. Because Spedia is a paid for service this is a proper reliable forum unlike certain other websites.
- For me Motley Fool UK made a massive mistake when it closed its discussion group / user forum years ago. That was a unique feature MF had and since it closed MF UK ceased to be relevant to me.

4. Research. The recent items Spedia did on 10 baggers was surprisingly good. The part 1 free video can be found on Youtube for those who dont subscribe.

I find it useful because you have all the company information in one place including their company ratings

Stockopedia provides me with a full range of well presented and considered analysis on companies and market activity at the click of a button. It is a very powerful investment tool

Really informative, great team and great knowledge sharing

Stockopedia is a fantastic aid to investing and the content is great! However a couple of improvement points could be made.
Ie. ETFs could be rated the same way as stocks as many investors do like investing in ETFs. I appreciate that Ed isn't a fan but many people are.
Also, the current number of Folios (10) is very restrictive.

These folks themselves are passionate about investing and it shows in the product they have developed. I use it every day.

Stockopedia is an essential resource for any private investor looking to manage their own stock portfolio. Absolutely brilliant system. I can’t imagine being without it!
