Stekjesenzo Anmeldelser

Prachtige, bijzondere planten mogen ontvangen. Heel goed verpakt. Snelle levering.

Ordered from italy 16th of february. It's june now and the pack never arrived. I bet everything i payed for is already dead and buried.
I see there are many reviews like mine. Make yourself an idea of the quality of the service.

Do not buy here. It is a total scam. I ordered some bulbs in preorder and 2 months later they told me that the bulbs had shipped but never gave me a tracking order. After 2 weeks in which I sent them several emails that kept unanswered, they told me that there has been a problem with the courier and that they were resending my box. It took 2 more weeks for them to send the package. Once it arrived I saw that I were missing 3 bulbs (nearly 31€) I claimed for a refund and they say that they know that one bulb was missing (and never proactively said a word about that) but not the others and they refunded me only 5,99 out of 31€. My emails stay unanswered and they have blocked reviews in Google and comments on IG (not a good sign at all)

Große Auswahl, viele Raritäten & immer wieder verschiedene Angebote..
Super Qualität der Pflanzen trotz Versand nach Österreich!
Bin sehr zufrieden & würde Pflanzenfreunden Stekjes en Zo auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen

🚫👎Do not order from this company! 👎🚫Got an order shipped at one of the coldest weeks with no heads up (ordered in december and shiped in april). Had bought a heat pack with the order. Packing was horrible and the plant arrived beyond saving. Wrote an email to them directly when unpacking the order. Now 2 month later and 3 emails sent I haven even got a reply!!! NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY❗️❗️

Order worked very well, a bigger advice about the heatpacks would be wishful. It's good they don't ship after Thursday so the plants are fast delivered for their health. Packing was very nice in a Plastik box preventing the little ones from hurtings. They are all fine, no damages or anything. The only thing is the little pot as 2 of 3 are already outgrown.

Couldn't have less than one star for this Company who does not answer to their customers. I have cancelled an order before it got shipped and the answer from customer service was that they were to busy to cancel the order and that I had no choice but to receive the packaghe. I have sent them more than 15 emails related to the issue.. Poor customer service!!! do not buy on this website.

Unresponsive/bad customer service. Do not recommend. I received the wrong contents to what I had ordered and sent them an email two weeks ago but got nothing back. They are clearly active on social media and marketing in the meantime and just want to sell, sell, sell. Unfortunately, they do not seem to care afterwards about customer retention/referrals and experience. This is not the way to do sustainable business. It is very sad, because I was really looking forward to my bulbs.
Edit: 5 weeks now and still no response.

A second review after having experienced the low quality of their alocasias. Not a single alocasia I got from this shop has survived… I own +100 plants in my apartment and I’d like to think I know how to take care of my plants. All of the alocasias I got from them lost their leaves within two weeks and the rhizomes got rotten. I believe they disrupt the health of the plant while harvesting the rhizomes right before shipping… And the plants get too stressed to survive in their new home.
Also I’m still waiting for the shipping refund as I combined two orders in one. I emailed them but couldn’t receive a single answer.
I won’t be going back to this shop for any reason ever again. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. The prices of adult plants are pretty much the same on all online stores. It’s not worth the headache…

I’ve ordered a few plants (here in Italy, Milan ) and I was more than happy when I received them. Really well packed and I got them a week after my order. Definitely a good service and they are always available for info and enquirers.
