Steel City- Branded Merchandise Anmeldelser

David has been so helpful in sourcing any item we ask him for, as well as sending us over fantastic proofs very quickly. The whole process was very easy and the products are fantastic. We look forward to working with you again very shortly.

Clear communication right from quote to delivery of goods. Great prices and a really good bunch of people to work with.

Impeccable service once again from Steel City.

We were really happy with our products from Steel City they looked great with our clients and sponsors branding. We ordered lots of different products for different events at the same time and they were all great and arrived on time.

Emma was an amazing help through the whole process! She always kept us up to date, accommodated some of our short lead times and ensured we were completely happy with the branding. Our clients and sponsors were also really impressed with all the products which is great.

I dealt with Debbie, Emma and Lucy when ordering some branded fans and I was extremelley happy with the service I recieved from all of them. They were in contact with me throughout all points of my order from enquriry to completion and were so friendly and efficient. The product was delivered quickly and was of great quality. Overall great service from Steel City and the team definitley deserve a special shoutout! Thanks again :)

Great people, great service, great products. Would highly recommend.

Excellent fast service, and we were informed every step of the way regarding our order

Steel City Marketing - Excellent customer services and a quick turnaround on products. Staff are very professional & helpful.

We recently placed our first order with Steel City and I have to say I am very impressed by the service.

The order has handled very professionally and we received the delivery quickly.

We have some very happy clients. I would recommend Steel City to anyone looking for merchandise!

I had an issue with the quality of an order from Steel City, so I contacted them to discuss. They checked the quality on their end and agreed to re-print the entire order. This was done at no cost to myself and was actioned quickly, with steady communication.

Despite the initial issue, I am happy with the service as it only delayed the final delivery by 7 working days, which is manageable. It was also relatively hassle-free.

Special mention to Lucy Hill (Production Administrator) for organising this efficiently.

Great service as always. Communication very good from start to finish.

Massive thanks to Lucy Hill and all the team at Steel City. Brilliant job done with some custom torches for our kids birthday party ad very short notice. Will definitely be back again (with a little more notice next-time!)
