The Branded Company Anmeldelser

I needed company merch for an event in 48hrs and Sam was an absolute lifesaver. The communication was quick and efficient and he was able to get all my merch to me on a Monday morning before lunch. Not only did all the merch arrive on time but it's such great quality. I appreciate that I put the suppliers under immense pressure but they absolutely delivered and I'll be recommending The Branded Company to all my corporate contacts.

After another company let us down, we only had 48 hours to create and get our collateral shipped to us - and Sam Lane stepped up immediately!

Sam took all the stress away, produced exactly what we needed, kept us updated throughout, and somehow managed to get everything designed, produced and delivered within just 2 days.

Thank you so much, Sam! You were an absolute lifesaver and made what could have been a very stressful situation completely seamless. ⭐️

Excellent support from Amar, short notice and came up with a solution instead of saying no, we cannot deliver by then.

Their service was absolutely incredible - looked after an urgent order with haste and professionalism. Amar was amazing.

We ordered branded supplies for our upcoming event and were really pleased with the service the entire process was easy. Muzi Sacur was handling our order and was helpful throughout and was very efficient and fast with the whole process start to finish; the ordering process was straightforward and delivery was on time, and the finished products looked great. We’d happily use The Branded Company again.

I recently reached out to The Branded Company to support with a charity event I am doing for Neuroendocrine Cancer UK. Honestly from start to finish , Ethan was so supportive and helpful , I am so so grateful and over the moon with the final products that you kindly donated for the event. I would highly recommend and we will be using in the future for the next event. Thank you.

Great!

Amar helped me with our order, and he was brilliant; nothing was too much hassle, and I would recommend!

Huge shout-out to Sam for providing exceptional customer service! Sam helped us get our headphones and made the entire process incredibly fast and seamless. To top it off, the shipment arrived super quickly.

The company was very competitive for price and being a technophobe guided me through the process of supplying artwork. The "credit card "PVC torches arrived almost a week early and the packing and quality is excellent.
They even managed to change the background colour for me at the last moment. Excellent service.

Thank you for being a fab supplier! We really appreciated your great communication and fast turnaround.

Amar has been very helpful. We placed a large order last month for customised water bottles and pens. We were very pleased with the quality, speed of delivery and communication with Amar, we placed a follow-up order this week. We needed this slightly quicker than their usual delivery terms, but Amar has assured us that he can make that happen. Very pleased so far and would use again. Amar is friendly, quick to reply and easy to talk to without being pushy.

Sam was very helpful and efficient and the branded purses look great.

Ordered some branded enamel mugs, quality was great and print quality was great too! Sam made the process really easy and was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had. Speedy delivery too as they came earlier than expected! Thanks Sam!

Sam Lane was really great, and very efficient with his service. I had a very last minute request and he made sure to keep in contact, leaving me reassured throughout the whole process. Thanks Sam for all of your help!

Would highly recommend The Branded Company and will definitely be using them again. Products were great quality (the torches in particular were a big hit at the conference). Ethan did a great job of keeping us informed, refining the design with us, and the products arrived ahead of schedule despite a tight deadline.
