Starlight Packaging Anmeldelser

I ordered and paid 4 days later I rang to see why order not dispatched was told they could no reason why it hadn't been and was told it would be sent out next day as I needed it arrived today 3 days later and only partial order the rest would follow

Easy to order with prompt delivery. I’ve used them several times and have always been satisfied.

Made an order paid for express shipping
Waited around 2 weeks and emailed them to ask where my items were, they apologise and looked into it and then I heard nothing. When it was approaching a whole amount of still not receiving my order, or any shipping update,
requested a refund and to be fair, they refunded my money straight away, but the whole experience was more annoying.
Wouldn’t use them again!

Brilliant service
Lovely helpful staff

Safely delivered on time as promised, what’s not to like. Will continue to use

This was my first time ordering and I was super impressed with the range they had. Definitely be using them for packaging again as I go through a lot for my business

Fabulous product and fabulous service! Many thanks!

Fantastic service, delivery was super quick.

Product was exactly what I said it was, great value. It was delivered promptly and was packaged very well

Bought a sample box. Delivery was very quick as always, however I was disappointed with the quality of the box as it fell apart. Because of that I didn’t go on to order more. It’s also quite an expensive box once delivery is added. But cannot fault the company

I place my initial order with Starlight Packaging after contacting the company for further details regarding products I was interested in purchasing.

I spoke Molly who was absolutely amazing , she was able to promptly expand on further details regarding the products I was interested in purchasing. I was reassured and impressed by her prompt knowledge and helpful nature.

I was further impressed by the service as my order was immediately processed and delivered the next day!! This level of service is what I would consider as utter professionalism, and this is something that does not happen very often.

I have since contacted Molly today (19th January 2026) to enquire as to whether the Meat Wrapping Sheets I purchased were BPA Free. Molly did check with her Manager whilst I was on the phone, but was unable to confirm the specifications, however, Molly further stated she would contact the manufacturer and call me. Once again, Molly did not fail to deliver, and I received a call within a few minutes to confirm the products were actually BPA Free!!

Thank you Molly xx

Wonderful quality and great costumer service, highly recommend!

In this company is cery good communication, quick reply for questions. They provide information which you asked.

Was kept in touch with progress of packaging and was very well wrapped

Great product and great service.

I've had to guess a date when the transaction occurred as I've had a lot on and suffer memory problems but the date isnt important- "It was recent"
I spoke with the company on more than one occasion and this is at least my 3rd purchase with them - as everything has been 100% cost effective. Quality is excellent and the whole experience of purchase straight forward. I recommend you speak with the company for the first purchase just to see why you should trust them- LOL - is the name of their ambassador.
