StairFurb Anmeldelser

Prompt delivery & quality items staircase looks fantastic

We are extremely impressed with Stairfurb. We ordered a complete oak bannister system, including new newel posts, with black satin spindles, and the whole process was excellent from start to finish.

We began with a video consultation where they talked us through exactly how to measure our staircase and what we would need to order. This made the process really straightforward and gave us confidence that we were getting the right components. Communication was fantastic throughout, with regular updates via WhatsApp, which was really convenient.

The bannister itself was straightforward to install and we had it completed in less than a day. The online step-by-step video instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend Stairfurb to anyone looking to update their staircase. Great product, great service, and a really smooth experience.

We recently purchased the embedded glass and oak balustrade kit from StairFurb, and we couldn't be happier with the result.

The quality of the product is outstanding. The oak is beautifully finished, and the glass panels give the staircase a modern, high-end look. Everything felt well made and fitted together perfectly.

The customer service was excellent too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer our questions, making the whole process straightforward from start to finish.

Delivery was quick, and the kit arrived well packaged with everything we needed. Installation was much easier than we expected thanks to the clear instructions and the quality of the components. The whole kit only took around an hour to install.

The finished staircase has completely transformed our hallway. The glass allows so much more natural light to flow through the space, making it feel brighter, more open, and much more contemporary.

We're absolutely delighted with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend StairFurb to anyone looking to update their staircase. Fantastic product and service all round!

Very straightforward to order. Clear how to DIY install. Delivered when I was available to receive. Good quality product.

We love our new stairs! I must admit I was a bit dubious about having to measure the parts for the stairs myself but the process could not have been easier and following the instructions on the video call made it so easy. The parts slotted perfectly into place and we now have stairs that look modern and are great quality. Highly recommend!

Great service very easy and straightforward to use, made to measure , face time appointment to help measure advice quick on hand by what’s app

From first contact to last our experience with stairfurb has been excellent. The face time measurement confirmation is a great idea and I would recommend all to take advantage. The quality of the delivered items was very good and the fitting instructions easy to follow. The actual fitting of the banister was easier than we thought and we are so pleased with the finnished result

The whole process was fully supported by Stair Furb staff and their useful animated how to literature. The delivery was punctual and precise.
But where it all got real was the installation process, it was seamless with every item fitting perfectly. But most significantly it was so easy to fit.

I have just fitted my glass staircase and hallway banister ,everything fitted spot on , did not have to make a single cut

Good quality product. Excellent delivery. Good communication, offering plenty of advise. Very happy with the finished job.

We had the most fantastic experience with Stairfurb from start to finish. We were quoted an extortionate amount from other companies but Stairfurb knew exactly what we wanted and came in at a quarter of the price. They sent us a quote super quickly, delivery was a breeze and they put us in touch with F&H Installations who came and installed the stairs for us. Removal and installation was great, super smooth and they left our hallway super clean. Overall so impressed and our stairs are now the main feature of our house and something we so proud of. The quality is perfection too. Thank you Stairfub!

StairFurb have to be one of the best online companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Fantastic, easy site to navigate through and place my order, superb guidance throughout with videos that were provided. Customer service from the start has been top class, a big call out goes to James who was amazing in the support he offered after I had made a mistake in my selection of a newel post. He talked me through what I needed to reorder, assured me he would do what he could to get the order out as soon as he could and followed up via email and text with delivery updates. I will definitely recommend StairFurb to anyone who is looking to update theirs. Thank you!

The whole ordering experience was easy and the product was delivered on time and the couriers were very efficient and polite.
I would say that even though badged as a DIY opportunity, personally I could never have done it, we hired a joiner, some of the tools he used I wouldn’t expect a diyer to have.
If you are thinking of taking this on be prepared.
