StairFurb Anmeldelser

Really helpful company. Great quality and we have a wonderful new staircase. Can't recommend this company enough

Brilliant product and seamless installation. Great experience with StairFurb from start to finish. The staircase looks amazing and the quality is top-tier. A special mention to F&H Installations recommended fitting service Matt and Jack the installer did a fantastic job, worked cleanly, and ensured a perfect finish. Would definitely use them again!

Everything was so easy from start to finish and the end result is absolutely amazing.

Quality products and a helpful team of people to ensure that the order is corrrect before placing it. A highly skilled carpenter fitted the staircase parts for me and found the products easy to work with. I have a new staircase with both a modern and traditional twist now. I’m thrilled with it.

Professional and Efficient

The company did my friends staircase and it looks beautiful

Great product, good quality and looks stunning. Service was amazing. Thank you.

StairFurb were such an amazing company to purchase my new balustrade from; everything about them is so efficient and straightforward. The staff member on my video call was so helpful with showing me how to take the measurements, and just making the process so easy. I was surprised at how quickly my partner and I were able to install the new balustrade, as it took under 2 hours, but the instructions from StairFurb just made it so easy, especially when we are not experienced DIY’ers. We went with the oak rails and black spindles, and we have had so many compliments from guests at our home. Many of them are now considering purchasing their own. I can’t recommended StairFurb enough!

A fantastic company to deal with from the very start to the end.
The help provided on the video call ensured that all the measurements were spot on.
I needed one banister rail urgently due to an aged relative coming to stay with me they fully supported my request and delivered in 3 days.
The remaining items (stainless steel rails and glass fittings) were delivered on a date agreed by them and myself.
Fitting was dead easy using their instructional video even with my dodgy hip and knees. And the finished product fitted first time and looks great.
The quality of the product is excellent the delivery service was spot of.
We are so pleased with the new banister rails we are looking at their outside range to go round our decking.

Highly recommended, the glass is of high quality. Stairfurb were very good at communicating via email and whatsapp. I am very pleased how my stairs have turned out.

We are loving our new glass banister. It makes our space so much lighter. We had F&H installations supporting us with the whole process. Matt and Jack were great and left everything clean. The customer support from Stairfurb has been amazing and the communication great too. Would recommend both companies :)

Just what you want when order ok line - easy to do and delivered promptly.

The assistance in the measuring the quick response to questions asked and the the delivery during which each item was explained

Very good experience from start to finish. A video call to help with the measurements, only a 2 week wait for my order to arrive, a good quality product and easy to install.

Very easy, and efficient service. Even arrived well before the estimated due date. Thrilled with the finished product

Great service from start to finish, the staff were very helpful when on the video call to help us measure. Regular communication during the process, delivery of the staircase was quicker than expected and very efficient. We’re very happy with the end result, just like I envisioned.

Very good services
If something missing or wrong they will respond quick

My staircase was measured by recommended fitters.

When the new newells arrived they looked wrong. The fitters checked their original measurement which were given to StairFurb and found that the supplied newells were too big so could not be fitted. New newells of the correct size were sent and fitting went ahead.

All was going well until one piece of glass was found to be the wrong size. Once again the original measurements were checked and the glass was found to be the wrong size. A replacement piece of glass was then delivered - it was the same size as the original wrong sized glass. A further piece of glass was sent which was the wrong size. I made a video to show what the correct piece should be cut. A fourth new piece of glass delivered which was the correct dimensions which I fitted easily myself

Quality of the stairs were fantastic and they look amazing in my new home

We highly recommend StairFurb for anyone considering a staircase upgrade. From the initial measurement stage to the final installation, their customer service and product quality were outstanding.
Several key factors made this project a success:
Responsive Support: The customer service team provided rapid replies, which made planning and coordinating the project entirely stress-free.
Meticulous Delivery: The delivery driver demonstrated great attention to detail, even placing protective stickers on the glass panels to prevent scratches during transit.
Clear Documentation: The fitting guides were incredibly easy to follow, making the DIY installation process smooth and straightforward.
Flawless Condition: The entire order arrived complete, undamaged, and exactly to specification.
Excellent value for money and all work completed in a few days.
The final result—an oak and glass balustrade and handrail looks absolutely stunning. It has completely transformed the space, giving our staircase a modern, bright, and premium feel. Thank you, StairFurb, for a seamless experience and a beautiful product.
