StairBox Anmeldelser

Service and speed of delivery absolutely amazing, along with the quality! Pulled out all of the stops to get my order delivered on time .
This is now my second order with Stairbox and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work and very competitive prices! Well done…

Very professional, helpful, excellent turnaround times and deliveries. The product is top quality and fit perfect.

Brilliant finish, delivered when stated & good communication - very happy !

For the most part I had a good experience. One thing was.i ordered handrail to newel post connection kit assuming it would be for the rake seeing as everything else's I ordered was .but I received a straight connection kit

A great product and service. I had a small problem when my order arrived as I was missing some spindles. After a quick phone call to stairbox the problem was solved and extra spindles arrived by courier the very next day. I would definitely recommend stairbox to others.

Found one agent when planning a bit dismissive then called back and got good service from another. Ordered stairs then delivery at 7am with no fixings included in box es. Driver noticed but didn’t say anything until we ran out to get him to check. We called office spoke to male agent who said we don’t supply fixings and line went dead! We called back spoke to lady who was very helpful and apologised for the oversight and sent items wooden dowels wedges etc by courier next day. I explained to her that had we not been fitting the stairs ourselves we would not have noticed anything was missing until a tradesman arrived and would have had a wasted day!

Stairs arrived on time, no damage and all seems good quality.

The only thing I’d say is your online instructions are very basic, a YouTube video of someone actually doing the things needed would be more useful 👍

Well made easy to install delivery service excellent

The whole process was made possible thanks to the support and experience of the team at stairbox. The quality of the product was excellent which made the installation easier.

Good service and good products

Product excellent and as ordered. Third staircase from this company.

Spent £1300 on a staircase for me to give the correct measurements to find it’s come the wrong sizes. Plans and websites don’t clearly state they only use 2 measurements instead of the 5.
Won’t correct unless I spent a further £1100. My customer is now without a staircase. And not offered a refund. Stay away, take no responsibility. Will never use again. Cheap for a reason.

Very good. Got what I asked for within the time period

Fast efficient, did what they said.

Starting from the website:
Very well made and the stairs design app is a top! The only downside is the missed 3D view of the loft paddle staircase.
Delivery: Very quick, always update in advance even if there will be any change of the time slot, the driver will call you anyway about 45 minutes before arriving. Delivery driver has been very friendly, professional and quick to unload the items.
The packaging: everything it's organised, the stairs was separated left and right, the boxes had all the hardware needed for the installation.
The item: I selected a full pine, so it's slightly heavy, very strong, well made to a millimetres. Easy to install, I done my self, I'm not a pro but using a bit of common sense it's like play Tetris.
Overall, for the price I was very amazed about the quality. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a top quality staircase.

Easy website to use, customer service exellent.

Another great set of stairs quick delivery and very good at keeping in touch
