Chaotic running but great if you get in
Can’t complain too much for a free experience but the running of this company is absolutely chaotic. If you get in, it’s brilliant to see a free show but I’d rather just pay to secure a guaranteed ticket.
Queued for over an hour with wristbands after getting tickets for Joe Lycett’s Late Night Lycett in Birmingham, only for the majority of the queue to be sent home because production guests had taken most of the tickets. Similar experience for The Last Leg in Paris but this time I had priority tickets from missing out before and still only just made the cut off to get in. About 90% of the audience were special guests. Once in however the show was great and the crowd hype man was very entertaining while we were waiting.

We was offered tickets and for a surprise for my partner , I nominated her and she got a letter for 3 tickets.
3 hr travel .we get there in time as letter stated , then to be told you can not get inn . Then a silly bald headed man was saying , you should have read your emails . To which we said it was by post . No respect from this individual and I wouldn’t bother again . It’s a con . Don’t waist your hard earned money on this crap . Total disappointment
SRO Audiences may disappoint your day!
We had tickets for Trivial Pursuits, a TV programme for the USA, on Friday 21st June. My wife and I travelled nearly 2 hours to the studio and arrived in plenty of time. We couldn't find where to go at Television Centre and after finding a security guard we were told to wait by the road with others and then subsequently told no more tickets available for today as oversubscribed?? We were told that the audience only allowed for 30 people? Why does SRO even bother sending out tickets and going through the rigmarole of issuing reminders when they could easily just approach 30 passers by in the street? If SRO are genuinely paying audience members £50 to attend, they could gather a willing audience in no time. We will never use SRO Audiences again as a complete waste of our time and money getting to the venue not to mention the inconvenience and frustration for us when having to deal with such a shoddy and unprofessional Company.
Take a leaf out of The Applause Store who know how to attract audiences without scamming the public.
Got allocated 5 tickets to see The…
Got allocated 5 tickets to see The Voice, coaches special performance at Media City. Queued for absolutely ages just to be told they had far too many people than needed for the studio. First we got told we will let you know in 25 mins, then we got told it will be 30 mins. Yes I understood and had read the email about near enough first come first served but what angers me is the amount of people that were bypassing us and being called to the front that had production tickets which I think is a highly unfair system so unless you know someone in production that can guarantee you a place avoid at all costs! Put your train and tram fare to something more useful!
Shambles
Shambles. Never ever ever again. Long expensive travel, arrived early but got turned away with no attempt and courtesy or sympathy. Furious to the point I can’t even. Either provide tickets or don’t. Don’t just waste peoples time and money.
Avoid if you value your time
Arrived at media city in Manchester to be part of the audience for the voice. We jioned the queue at 11.30am in plenty of time for the door opening time of 12.15pm, after a long wait I finally got seen by a studio worker who scanned my ticket barcode and issued me and my wife with a wrist band no 291 and said dont worry we will squeezey you all in. After queueing for another hour we arrived at the security station were we were body searched and moved into the final waiting area. Over another hour wait and being one of the last people left I was told all of the seats were filled and they were sorry. I could not believe what I was hearing, after waiting in a queue for three hours given a rist band and then getting told I was not getting in, an absolute shambles. How is it possible when they know how many seats the studio holds and they number all of the rist bands. Why keep over 30 people hanging around knowing they are not getting in, they are taking an absolute liberty. My wife and I took the day off work to attend this show, the travel costs and parking £10.00, only to be lied to and to be sent away. I would not advise anyone to go to any of these shows when you are treaded like this, AVIOD if you value your time and money.( if you still decide to go and end up with a rist band with a number higher than 270 forget it, your better off cutting your loses and get out of there, your not getting in).
Went to see Dancing On Ice on Sunday
Went to see Dancing On Ice on Sunday. Was lucky enough to get in and had a good seat. Many thanks thanks to SRO for their professional approach. Won't forget this in a while and will use again.
Turned up in time to join the queue
Turned up in time to join the queue, but got turned away utter disgusting, staff member scanned my QR code on my email and said we would get priority tickets for next time, but he didn't seem to care, we travelled quite a distance
Junior taskmaster, great experience
Went to see the final of Junior Taskmaster today. Arrived at the studios around noon (the ticket stayed that studio doors would open at 13:00), the checks and queuing went smoothly, got a good seat in the studio too. The recording itself lasted approximately four hours, so make sure you've had plenty of food before since snacks aren't allowed inside. SRO teams were very polite and overall lovely. A very positive experience altogether!

I attended 6 Nations Sin Bin last night with my Father and my Uncle, who are both of a pensionable age. We got there early there was only two people ahead of us in the queue. Despite this we were the last people to be let into the studio and were forced to stand at the back. The organisation of the event was truly appalling. I asked someone why this was the case and I was massively fobbed off. We all felt thoroughly disappointed by the whole experience.

Really well organised and professional experience. Friendly staff. Couldn’t fault them!
Don’t bother
Traveled 35 miles to see a show, arrived a good hour before the doors opened and stood in the queue for an hour to be told it was full and everyone behind us wasn’t going to get in. Absolute shambles! There’s compensating for no shows and then there’s over subscribing by another full show amount, there were around 150/200 people behind us in the queue who had no chance of getting in. We’re told we would receive an email with priority passes for an upcoming show, still waiting…
Fantastic Team
Well done to SROaudiences again. We went to see Beat the chasers at Elstree studios Borehamwood yesterday afternoon, straight forward, had great seats great atmosphere was perfect. Been to a few shows now & never been Dissapointed. They look after you & make everyone feel like they care. My mum is in her 80,s & her mobility is very slow & the care & attention she was given was fantastic. Great staff, keep up the Fantastic work & look forward to hopefully seeing you soon x
Travelled 2 hours to Borehamwood
Travelled 2 hours to Borehamwood. Decided to book a hotel so we didn’t have to drive back same day.
Got to studios at 5.10pm stood outside in queue. Got wristbands at 5.25pm. We were left standing in the queue outside until 6.15pm when they came and told us they were full and we were not getting in. Of all the people queuing they must have let around 6 people in. We walked away in disgust. Definitely will not be doing that again. Don’t bother unless you are local.
What a load of rubbish
What a load of rubbish, we all travelled along way and wasted our time trying to get in to see LW, even though we had tickets. Unless you live locally I wouldn't bother.
Alot of expense wasted standing in a queue.
A friend of mine and his daughter…
A friend of mine and his daughter travelled from south wales today 3/4/23 for loose women show. On arrival they were turned away even though they were allocated tickets, they then we're told that this was the norm, that even if ur allocated a ticket ur not guarenteed entry. This was a present for his daughter, even though the tickets were free the cost of transport came at a price. So travelling all that way for a wasted journey is so upsetting. So for anyone travelling to London TV studios be very careful and plan for possible disappointment.
"not going out" experience
we went to see "not going out" the recording was great we laughed the whole time and Lee Mack and the cast are great, about the wait for the recording it could have been better we hoped we had somewhere to buy sandwiches before the start as we left the house early, but no there was nothing to eat or buy or offer, just free water and beer.
Hi my wife and I attended a show on…
Hi my wife and I attended a show on Saturday thanks to SRO audiences. Martin and his team were great greeted let us what would happen next. We know you may not always get into the show but you are clearly told that before you go and so long as you go with that in mind then you can't go wrong. We were lucky we did get in and the team worked very hard to make sure as many as possible also got in.
A very big thank you for a really special time which we hope to repeat soon.
Time wasters
I "won" a ticket to Studio B Unscripted in the Shard 7th of February. I arrived 20 minute early for the "check in" and got my wristband. When they started to let people in they told us with blue wristbands (I think there were 30 of us) to step to the side so the priority guests could pass. So, there we stood like waiting for crumbs from the rich man's table, would we get a seat or not?! In the end only 9 of us got in (not me) and the rest of us were told to go home. I was furious, and I still am, this is NOT how to treat people! I had rearranged my day for this just to be treated like a second class citizen and a person whose time could be wasted. I traveled 1 hour to get to the venue but I talked to a couple who came all the way from Kent.
If I had known that winning a ticket does not mean that you are actually let in, I would NEVER have applied. They give you another ticket to some other show but who knows, you might be told to go home again.
Priority tickets issues
I have used this company for many years and majority of the time have got to see the shows. Back in 2015 I had tickets for loose women that had Peter Andre as a guest and even though I got there early I didn’t have a priority ticket so was turned away and a priority note put on the system (although I may have got in if it hadn’t been for the organisers allowing latecomers to join the queue meeting their friends , I questioned this and was told it is allowed as it’s a group booking) unfair if there is 30 in a group and they turn up late but still get in.
My issue is that my friend really wanted to go to loose women and as I have access issues I made them aware of this. I thought I was been given priority tickets due to my access issues. Previously back in 2015 I had received emails reminding me I had a priority note but they stopped after approx 2016 so I didn’t think it would still be there after 7 years. At no point in the email about the tickets did they mention I was using this old priority note. I’ve contacted them approx 3/4 times regards this and only got one reply saying I’ve used it up so no priority for any more shows. I was saving it for graham Norton in future if Liam neeson is a guest. Before the show I was bombarded with emails but now nothing. Another issue I had was the waiting in the queue. I was told there would be plenty of seating but once pass security there was nothing I was in a lot of pain and there was no one to speak to. Once in the studio I wanted to go and get water from my bag which they wouldn’t allow me to bring in , as I was thirsty and the security guard standing with a cup of water in her hand wouldn’t let me go outside the studio or offer me an alternative. Also it was raining ☔️ that day and even though there was shelter they kept us all outside in the rain for ages. My coat was soaked through. The loose women were lovely shame my day was spoilt by other issues. I have to go through trustpilot as sro wont respond to my emails.
Take note priority doesn’t guarantee entry so if popular show you should go very early.
