Possibly the worst online retailer I've encountered and this the first and last time I do. I went into my local Store to simply buy a pair of Adidas Trainers for my Daughter and I was told they're out of stock in Branch and to order online which I happily did. The item arrived just within time (no problem) but when I opened the outer bag (Evri Courier) I found the cardboard box was crushed in one corner and the base was ripped on box sides and underneath, which clearly means I can't give her these Trainers in that box. There is no way this damage has been caused by the Courier as it would have required total mishandling and a large weight on the box to cause it. I know this particular Courier as she is Independent and not one that uses a Van like some do.

When I contacted Sports Direct Customer Svces all I got was a virtual bot who was about as much use as a chocolate teapot. They didn't even apologise for the inconvenience, which in my estimation is very poor Customer Service.

I am now having to find and pay for a Training Shoe sackpack to put them in otherwise my 11yr old Daughter will be upset if I give her goods in a box that looks like a big Dog has been sleeping on it for a week..!!

Sports Direct, your Service is diabolical and if a minus satisfaction score was available, you'd get one.

Only gave them one star for taking money quickly then not honoring the dates they claim they are gonna deliver. Very hard to contact customer service as they have no number. My advice is spend money else where than this crap unprofessional company.

my wife bought a swimsuit and got it delivered cost £5. when it arrived she look at it and said there's no way im fitting into that so went to send it back they charged her anther £5 so £10 for nothing I can see now how they can keep there prices down by screwing you over with hidden costs and wrong sizing...

Shocking no customer service that actualy as a policy that protects customers and they just don’t care it hasn’t changed over the years and a big shake up is needed it’s the worst store ever for exchanges or refunds and if you get a credit note be warned it shows up on the bill when paying online then dissapeares worries you that you over payed but check bank it’s only charged you the correct amount apparently
Only sports direct themselves can see the credit note their end my reply from customer service was this , didn’t ask for apology on my comment on service refund policy etc but that’s all you get they don’t even warrant 1 star .

I bought some Nike joggers online which turned out to be a bigger size than we wanted. The stores would not accept returns and I had to pay about £4.99 for them to accept my return via inpost. I think it very unfair that I had to loose so money to return my items. In total I had to pay 4.99 for the delivery of my order then paid another 4.99 for returns, which is £9.98 for just trying to buy from sports direct. It is not worth it.
I will never buy on their website again and would warn others to stay away, as their after sales service is horrific.

Im ordered about 10 items from irish site for more than 200€ and still I paid extra for postage but its came from uk it takes 10days long, now I returned 3 items because quality is not the best and I paid more for returning like for ordering. Im a bit worry about my refund. I thing I learned I will never buy again from sports direct.

Will not honour a 2 year guarantee on walking boots that are only a few months old... As always no contact back from them... Complaints root mysteriously crashes... Mmmm.. No phone numbers... No in store help... Nothing.... Says it all really... What is the reasoning... Is it greed... Incompetence... Etc... Ill complain by basically not buying anything from that... There are other outlets... Suggest high Street independant stores.... Much better service

Is virtually impossible to contact anyone at Sports Direct or their Couriers Evri in the event of an issue with your return. They also do not offer a replacement service, for example change of size so you pay 4.99 for a return then a further 4.99 if you want to reorder! Use online at your peril. Only if you feel that the lower price is worth the lack of customer service!

Possibly the worst online retailer I've encountered. Charge extortionate shipping costs, and when you receive a faulty/damaged item like I did, you will never get that postage refunded and are guaranteed to be out of pocket if you shop from this awful company and receive faulty items. I'm not sure how they operate is legal. Customer support do not care and cut you off every time without allowing you to escalate anything, extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place is a disgrace, they lost my package and will not issue a refund.

Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to come across.

Absolutely untrustworthy online shopping experience with fake reports of returning empty parcels when you return goods via EVRI. They refuse to refund goods. You pay a return fee and not safe to return items.

They are not supporting loyal customers and fully taking a few for postage and then not refunding the items you return! Don’t get caught out.

Have reported the issue to the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards as fully scammed by merchant.

Over priced and do not do refunds... bought a champion league football £18 selling on amazon for £13.14 and rrp price is £16 ....shop around.
Flannels,usc,fraser,sports direct all own my same person and none of these give refunds, unless you shop online and they all sell the same things for different price...shop around

I made a return costing almost £70 received a credit. The ink on the credit note has disappeared I still had the original refund receipt so went back to the store they told me that customer service would be able to bring up my credit note on their system. When contacting them, they sent me back to the store who said could do nothing to help. £70 down seriously something wrong here. Why can they not check if credit note had been used or not. RIP off store stay clear.

Still waiting on an order (18th August) despite numerous emails telling me my order was being resent urgently. What a laugh...

Charged me £5 to collect an online order from the local store. The shoe turned out to be too small, so I now have to pay another £5 to return it. No option to return at the local store. Absolutely criminal. Don't make the same mistake I did; use literally any other online retailer, their returns policy is guaranteed to be less extortionate than this bunch of thieves

Don't use !!the delivery company the worst in the uk,lucky if you even get your parcel.

Order a pack of 5 shirts online. Sent me the complete wrong colours. Nightmare return and refunds process. Incompetent customer service. Couldn’t read and take introductions from complaint sent to them by email. Try to pressure me into buying wrong goods at a discounted price. Wearing them colours would be like asking a man to wear pink underwear. That’s the sort of colours they sent, nothing like the grey and dark colours advertised. They take your money and send you anything and try to fob you off. Sports Direct are claimed to have one of worst records for customer service which is probably true. Lack of understanding when wanting full refund due poor customer service. One of the worst experiences of service. Shocking service from a multi billion dollar company.

I’ve spent over £450 on orders from Sports Direct in the last few weeks, and not a single item has arrived. One of those orders was even placed with next-day delivery, yet nothing ever turned up.

I’ve contacted customer services several times and received no response whatsoever, and no refunds have been issued. It’s completely unacceptable to take customers’ money and then ignore them when orders don’t arrive.

After this experience, I absolutely refuse to shop with Sports Direct again. Their customer service is non-existent and the way they treat loyal customers is disgraceful.

If i could put zero i would , i ordered an arsenal away top in a large for my sons birthday , no confirmation email yet money taken out of my account , saturday a parcel turns up with a childrens top that is 30 ponds cheaper, i contacted the virtual help and the have no record of me . Im out of pocket and cannot return as there is no return label and sport direct cannot find me. Annoyed is an understatement …. WHAT DO I DO IN 75 out of pocket ???????
