Worthless totally

The sales representatives gave me the wrong information on a transport wheelchair, but I didn’t know he was providing the wrong information until the item arrived. I sent the item back after I was hassled in January 2025 and I still have not received my refund. I emailed to check the status of the refund nearly two weeks ago and after two months and two weeks still no refund, but SpinLife has the item back already.

Easy to order and I had to call because I mixed up address numbers and they fixed very quickly

I emailed a question on Sunday afternoon and received a phone call the next day, wow! The gentleman who called not only answered my question, but he also added the item I had a question about (size) and emailed a link so all I had to do was click the link and pay. So easy. Thank you Spinlife for the great service.

I am considering buying a lift chair. It was easy to use your web site to see what is available to me. I ordered some swatches to see what color would work for me.

I purchased a mobility scooter from them just the other day it arrived today damaged I sent them pictures. They did say they were going to send it to the manufacturer but I wanted to talk to them because I feel that the product they sent me was returned. It was a scooter, and then instructions they gave me. they said the battery needs to be connected when you get it it was already connected and it also said the battery needs to be charged because it will not have a charge on it when it arrived the battery was hooked up, and the battery was 100% charged plus The Styrofoam that was packaged in it was just crumbs. I sent them pictures of that. Also I tried to have them contact me they just don’t respond.

We ordered it on Wednesday 3-4-2025 and received 3-6-2025 about 9pm. Excellent service!!!

I ordered a wheelchair online and some of my choices were not consistent with the wheelchair specs. Jeff (Spinlife customer service rep) called me and made sure all of my choices were wheelchair compliant, and what I really wanted on my chair. Geat customer service!

We purchased Rouge wheelchair from spin life . A sales person , Trent was who took us through the process . He was very detailed in helping us . Also his patience and kind words made this process so easy . When the chair arrived we are so happy with it . When it’s time to purchase another chair I will be calling Trent again. The customer service person was great. Very find n knowledgeable. She answered every question I had. N within in minutes all ordered n shipping date.

Two things:
1) About an hour after I placed the order, you doubled the lead time. Get that straight up front, NOT after you've taken someone's money.
2) Maybe more ROHO's fault, but finding a part number for their cushions on their site or yours is a hassle and then doesn't even do any good, because the cushion-covers are sold by measurement. Actual measurements can be off an inch short or long measuring something like that.

The lead-time thing is the one that got you two stars.

I appreciate the response, but the TEN to fifteen days lead stated was superceded by the date provided upon placing the order, which was less than fifteen. Later, it was changed again to fifteen days. Once I wrote the review, it was changed to a shorter date.
