Your company keeps sending the wrong parts

Consider carefully whether to order from Mediriser. I recommend that you avoid Mediriser. If you choose to take the risk, at least read the main return policy and then review the product page for any separate return policy, because Mediriser uses inconsistent return policies for different products.
From my experience, you may find yourself suddenly unable to return an unused item or required to pay an unexpected restocking fee because some products have separate, more restrictive return policies. These separate policies are not immediately obvious on the product page either, as they are only found further down the page in a separate “returns” tab that doesn’t stand out from adjacent tabs or nondescript surrounding text, which makes them easy to overlook before purchase.
After purchasing a medical air mattress, I discovered after setup that it would not meet my medical needs. I went to Mediriser’s website to initiate a return because I had confirmed returns were allowed before buying, only to discover that the specific mattress I purchased was not eligible for return due to the separate, inconsistent policy, even though the mattress was unused. I also observed that similar mattresses on Mediriser have different return policies that are equally as easy to overlook; some allow returns if the item is unused and a restocking fee is paid. Altogether, this makes the return policy structure confusing. I found customer service not only unhelpful but dismissive to the point of being almost disrespectful.
Because of this, I would avoid Mediriser. If you do decide to order, check the return details on each product page before purchasing to ensure they do not differ from the main return policy.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! The customer support was great! Just call, ask a simple question and get a quick answer!! The scooter we purchased is absolutely perfect! We haven’t had any problems! We ordered an item we actually ended up not needing. We returned for a refund minus the shipping! Great company to work with!!!

I realize that the delay in my receiving my item was most likely due to all the new tariff issues, but my item didn’t come for 2 months. Mediriser did not do a very good about keeping me updated and I had to keep calling them to find out what was happening.

I was at first skeptical becaue the cost looked so good. But the their team, William, responded to every convern n i am glad i purchsed the mobility lift from them. The unit was delivered as promised with the installation allready scheduled. Buying fron them I saved one thousand dollars.

You will receive an email saying your order is ready for delivery, when you call the number, to schedule delivery, you will be given another number to call.

White glove delivery means you handle everything.

Mediriser is essentially a drop shipper. When you order through their website, they turn and place the order through another company.
As a result, they offer no assistance in scheduling, because they don't have any connection with the bed.
Buy direct and save yourself the hassle. It's been my experience, that I can't have confidence in anything they tell me about my order. There is no way of knowing if they have a business address in the United States.

Milford Lift is a very high-quality piece of equipment. Customer service has been perfect from purchase to installation!!!

I purchased a green ninja handicap scooter so far everything has went very well communication has been excellent.
The item is on the way has not been delivered at this time but it appears everything is tracking well. William at mediRiser has done an excellent job by keeping in touch and informed of the process great job.
I'd also like to mention they did have the best price look forward to doing more business in the future for my handicap needs thank you very much

The ComfyGo Majestic IQ 8000 is sturdy, reliable, comfortable, and a joy to ride for long periods. I can honestly say that it has everything you could want in an electric wheelchair. I absolutely love it. When you look at the accessories available to purchase, everything you need is available. Customer service? They are the best. Thank you Mediriser for a wheelchair masterpiece and the best customer service ever.

My initial review was a complaint against the manufacturer. Mediriser was great throughout the process. While the products manufacturer wanted to charge a 15% restocking fee for an item returned unused, in the same container that it was received in, Mediriser felt this was unfair and paid the restocking fee. Their customer service worked with me from the beginning and I would recommend them to anyone.
