I was making a booking for six people for a hen do, Bex was very knowledgeable and gave me great confidence that we would get exactly what we wanted. She answered all my questions and was efficient, friendly and very helpful.

Lovely lovely day
Lovely lovely day - therapists extremely welcoming and the facilities were amazing - very relaxing day. Lunch in the champagne bar was also extremely high standard

So easy to book
I wasn’t very confident about booking a spaseekers using my Tesco club card vouchers so I phoned and spoke to Emily inthe phone. She completely talked me through the whole booking and even the Tesco part! She was SO helpful and pleasant, a joy to talk to, thank you Emily .

Messed up my booking and did nothing to help…
I booked a spa experience that didn't exist when I arrived. Spaseekers had failed to send the booking through and so the spa were unable to accommodate me. I was given a return voucher for a massage but didn't get that or any of the four hour spa time and had a wasted afternoon booked off of work. Spaseekers have failed to help and simply said they were sorry this had happened and glad I could return for the massage another time! No acknowledgement of the spa experience I didn't have and the inconvenience of their mistake. And now they're not even bothering to respond to my e mails . Disgraceful customer service , I shall no longer use them or recommend based on this disappointing experience...
