Used to have good service. I re ordered in mid October and good a message saying couldn't deliver - no card in door, nothing Impossible to contact them now. Am owed about £80

Ordered 3 weeks ago, they said it was delayed then produced a fake tracking number as I was using click and collect. Still not recieved. I then got an email to say thanks for the return, yet no refund from them!!!
Ordered again, (by accident) on ebay and they will not give me a tracking number, tell me when it is due to be delivered and told me to email the manager who is in every 2 weeks on a Friday.
Awful customer service, like to steal your money and fob you off if they can't be bothered.

When ordering via eBay for the past 5 years I've never had an issue. I went via their website and the order didn't turn up. No tracking and no answer to phone calls and emails.

Completely ignored so will have to proceed with a chargeback via bank.

waste of time. They ship order without invoice, when i called they said invoice will be posted. Waited and no invoice, called them and they said invoice will be emailed. After calling them 4 times they said invoice will be emailed right now, waited 2 hours and no invoice so called them again (5th time) and was told we are busy and will be send me invoice by end of day. Reason they are busy is becouse of false promises and customers having to keep calling to check or order or waiting for invoice. When business order items they need invoice.

Horrible company to deal with. Never again.
Took money, delivered to wrong address and avoided a refund.
Also said that the courier did not contact them which I know is not true. They simply don't care to file a lost parcel form and want to put that all on the buyer. Very unprofessional. Sadly all this happened after a long time of successful cooperation. Despite being a long time regular customer we've been treated like we wanted to cheat them or something. Never again. Avoid at all cost.

I have been using this company for a few years now and in the main they have been pretty good, that was until they switched from UK Mail to Yodel, Yodel are beyond useless and can never deliver on time. The 24 hour service the company offer was adhered to in the main until Yodel got involved.

I am now having to look around for another company. It is a shame but surely a company would do a little research into their choice of delivery companies before agreeing to use them.

Same as the below unfortunate people. Have used them in the past, but never again. They've never ever delivered on their 24 hr promise anyway, but in the past did at least arrive, but not this time. They are constantly engaged, probably phone off the hook from too many complaints. Do not answer emails. So I'm left with no money & no goods having to go through a chargeback. I guess they just have too many customers so simply don't care & loosing a few hundred out of thousands makes no difference to them. Think twice before ordering, if you don't receive your goods, you won't be able to do anything about it as they simply do not reply.

I don't know what is happening with this company but things are obviously not right. I placed an order on Jan 3rd and their site says 24 hr delivery. 2 days later some of the order arrives but not via them-some company called Antalis (their supplier by the looks of it). Lots of items missing so I try calling them-constantly engaged. I try their other number-it's a Fax number! I've emailed them (matthewpriest303 at hotmail dot com) no answer. I then tried contacting them through their eBay account & get a near instant answer. However 6 hours later they are still pinging back vague messages claiming they can't find my order! I'd used them in the past and service was OK but will not be using them again! Their communication is useless (we never had an order tracking email as promised), my next port of call will be a charge back from my card company as I have better things to do than chase these clowns for some jiffy bags!

Ignored emails, then after saying going to PayPal replied with a " looking into this" answer with no answer ?? and still no dispatch ?? Yet on Ebay has 99% rating ?? . Look deeper and the service is terrible. Cheap prices = bad service. I do not tick the let know box to see how this pans out on its own.

Bought items online and paid £30 delivery. 6 days later they contact me to say they want another £50 for delivery or they will have to cancel the order. 6 days with no communication whatsoever until this. I cancelled the order and bought from an honest company.

I placed an order on the 14th November for Next Day Delivery and 4 days I still don't have the items or my money- and I have called them more 14 times today and all i what i hear is we are looking in to it for the last 5 hours. They say someone signed for the items and i dont even know the person who signed for it - now i am without my money and stufff - the lady who speaks on the phone needs a course on FUNDAMENTALS OF BUSINESS as she has no clue about what she is doing.

Yet again received damaged items emailed the owner with details of the damaged items whom could not be bothered to reply to my message all in all pretty poor after sales BEWARE
