I have ordered from this company over twenty times, and NEVER had any problem at all. This time, one box from my order was misplaced by the courier. When I emailed Sounds Wholesale about this, they immediately sent a replacement, which arrived the next day.

When the original finally arrived, they refused to accept full payment for it, although I would have been happy to pay, as I will use it eventually.

Placed & paid for an order on the 2nd June. Not received as of yet 10 days later. Tried to email several time with no response. Tried to call several time but no answer. Has this company gone bust?

Brought with sounds wholesale through Amazon - the worst customer service communication I have ever received from a retailer - stay clear!

Have bought 450 guage vinyl sleeves 3 times and every purchase has been a great experience. Well packaged and prompt delivery. I would definitely recommend and would use them again without hesitation.

This is a dishonest company who claim to be imminently shipping goods that do not arrive.

Ordering from this company is a complete waste of time and money.

If I do not receive a prompt refund I shall report the matter as fraud.

I have been a customer of Soundswholesale for a few years. They have been fine until my last order. Order placed 6th of November, never arrived as of12.17pm, 15th November. Tried to ring and their phone number is just busy all day. When the phone rings, no one answers. How is that? Obviously they are dodging customer calls. E-mailed Matt Priest and no reply. Opened a PayPal case but that is also taking days to resolve. All together, I ended up having to source my packaging from another supplier and fingers crossed they have better service than Sounds Wholesale. Awful customer experience, I do not believe the items were ever posted. They blatantly lie and promise items will be delivered within 24hours on their site. And even with covid, etc, doesnt stop someone from reassuring a customer, but nope, I suppose they just dont value their customers. DON’T BUY FROM SOUNDSWHOLESALE! TERRIBLE service!!!

bought a cabinet via eBay, it did not turn up on the given day, I asked for and got a refund, but it came with a sarcastic comment attached, I should have checked on here before placing an order with this lot.

24 hour delivery turned into over a week. Not the first time this has happened!

no delivery, promised , then turns up late with less stock, get accused of incorrect info, second order promised, then again does not come. bad.

I bought off this company on ebay

I orderd some plastic Cd cases and some of the cases were broken and I almost cut myself on a broken part.

I messaged the seller to inform them and asked for replacements, but before you know it they had refunded me a pound although i never asked for a refund... I wanted a replacement. I orderd 25 cases and can only use 22...i bought 25...because funny enough I need to use 25! They then went on to say they had to part refund to claim off royal mail (makes me wonder if they'll claim for the whole £8 or just the £1 of damages)
Matt was really rude and the last message I received from them was "i refunded you what YOU had damaged" ..... Absolutely disgusting . I work in customer service and would never talk to anyone who spent money with me like that, but after reading these reviews it doesn't look like he gives a toss.... Maybe he needs to look at a new career?

Ordered 4 boxes of cardboard sleeves and everything went fine, no superfast shipment, but nowadays 2/3 weeks UK to Belgium ain't bad... And for this prices you can't expect this...

I ordered some black 12" replacement record sleeves on the 14th June and they arrived on the 18th. Great price and free delivery. Certainly no issues for me, all good!

Ordered 100 record mailers through ebay. Not delivered. Contacted them. First they said they had been delivered. Next said wrong address. Said they would redeliver. No item turned up. We contacted them again & they said WE WERE TRYING TO SCAM THEM!!! Got a refund cos ebay decided in our favour otherwise I suspect we would have lost £50. AVOID

seller scammer pay money but do not send the goods. No communication. No answer

Just bought off this company off eBay, I have been totally ripped off buying loo rolls. They have false advertised on eBay, I have reported the matter. I did not received the items I ordered, they tried to fob me off with a stupid reply. First order I made was not the loo rolls I ordered, second order I made was only half of what it should have been, second order was ordered before I received the first, yes, stupid mistake to make on my behalf.
It has cost me £49.00 for 24 tiny cheap and nasty little loo rolls that you can buy anywhere for under a £1 for four. Talk about profiteering out of a crisis. Please think twice before buying from this horrid company, you have been warned.

Really gone down the pan, used to be a great service but an absolute shambles now. "Next day delivery" turned into almost 2 weeks chasing and then having to cancel the order. Lost my business along with many others by the looks of it.
