Really pleased with service so far speedy delivery and even called to say the box of one item had been open and was i happy to except it like that

Always courteous and efficient. My only gripe is that, along with comparable companies, many items are offered online that are not in stock. I would have appreciated more information, when ordering and while waiting, on the length of time from ordering to delivery, which seems to be 3 weeks from Germany and more like 3 months from Japan. Once the items are ready for delivery, the courier service and information is excellent.

I ordered a electric keyboard for my daughter for Christmas and it looks perfect for her and at a very good price with free delivery. Notice of dispatch was given and then delivery was fast.

I recently bought a Novation Impulse 49 midi controller from Sounds Live. They were the cheapest I could find. Purchasing went smoothly and I received the item post-free the next day. I would use Sounds Live again.

Really great service - never had a reason to speak to them but I'm sure they'll be helpful. Asked questions by email and got informative replies.
Prices are good and fast shipping was the icing on the cake!

Ordered on a Tuesday, received two emails saying my order had been updated but no mention to say my order had been dispatched.
Waited for the Saturday morning post still no delivery. I could not phone the internet sales office as they are not there on a Saturday, so I phoned the telephone ordering office who were a great help, I was informed my order had been dispatched. My order did arrive on the Saturday but my postie had delivered to my next door neighbour.
Apart from not being informed that my order had been dispatched which caused me some concern, I would recommend this company for their prices and quality items.

Really impressed with the service and value for money. I ordered online but needed to contact customer services over a minor matter - they were really friendly, helpful and efficient. The goods were received as promised within 24hrs of my placing the order. Brilliant! With service like that I would have no hesitation in recommending Soundliveshop.

Happy with the guitar, sounds great feels really good and easy to play, love the tuner.
I purchased it on Sunday and was delivered on Tuesday so I didn't have to wait long

Great piece of kit, great price. A bit of a mix up on delivery address and no contact to sort out meant a bit of messing about. Main whinge though is a lack of power lead on item. £200 for an amp and no lead? Hmmmm i do however believe this was a packing mishap rather than anyone being stingy!

I was unsure which product to buy but after finding sounds live and realising they were so much cheaper than other sites I thought I would give them a call. I found the staff very helpful and knowledgable in there products. After buying I was told a delivery time and date and it was delivered true to there word. I will definitely use sounds live again and would recommend them to anyone looking for music products. I haven't used what I bought as its a present for my daughter but I can't wait till Xmas now myself.

can`t fault the things i order or soundslive superb!
only fault I can find is the speakers I ordered came with FREE cables and they don`t plug into the mixer I bought at the same time! think I should have read description better. I will be purchasing new leads from them.

I have just purchased a Yamaha THR10 guitar amp. I checked online and SoundsLive were offer the best price which was about £30 cheaper than going direct to the yamaha shop.
I called the customer service team to check that the item was had the version 2 software installed. They advised me that the unit was the most up to date version. They were really helpful and answered all my questions.
I placed the order online early on a Saturday morning and the unit was delivered on the Tuesday morning via courier. The unit was received in good order and the delivery was free. I also received an email which enabled me to track my order.
The amp is fantastic and just what I was looking for. This will keep me busy during the winter months.
I would highly recommend SoundsLive as the service provided was excellent and their prices are very good.

Excellent service from Sounds Live Online shopping. Ordered in afternoon and it arrived next morning. Beat that Amazon. Even when using Amazon Prime's paid service Sounds Live has faster delivery and prices are the same.

Having trawled the internet and been unable to find the product I wanted for under £35.00 plus ridiculous postage I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this for 29.95 with free postage. Easy ordering process, fast delivery and to top that off, up to 15% off my next order. What is there not to like. I assume the product will meet expectations but won't know that until Christmas day.
