Having been let down by a national guitar based accessories company, I checked out Google for other suppliers, Soundslive shop advertised the Vox guitar plug-in headphones I wanted, so I ordered online, and I was amazed when the phones were delivered the next morning. Exceptional service!

Recently purchased a Yamaha APX500iii - rang first to confirm price and availability and was dealt with by knowledgeable and helpful assistant.
Placed order via website on Thursday night and guitar arrived on Monday morning, well packaged and in good condition. Was able to track delivery online and received email updates.
I chose Sounds Live as their price in this instance was way better than any other retailer I found - but very happy with their overall service so far.

Service was excellent, problems arose for delivery as I live in a new build and some couriers don't have my address on file. However Elaine Cooper was in touch straight away to sort it out. I have had problems in the past getting stuff delivered and put through my card for similar reasons but Elaine spent time making sure everything was in place before confirming anything. Would definitely use sounds live again

Ordered my guitar off the internet..but I phoned the shop in between and spoke to staff who were pleasant and could not help enough. I was told the guitar would be delivered the following day....the next day my guitar was delivered as promised....The guitar an electro accoustic fender...great guitar absolutely made up and it was cheaper than many of the other sites I had visited....Thanks to sounds live shop...I will definitely be using your store again ..
