I was really pleased with the price of the amp I bought (Fender Vaporizer) and also the speed which it was shipped whilst other competitors were awaiting stock. Not only was it cheaper than the others, they also threw in a nice Fender guitar lead too.

There were a couple of marks on the vinyl which was disappointing but obviously didn't affect the sound and I couldn't be bothered to contact Sounds Live to resolve so my fault really.

On the whole very happy and would use again

I bought a drum kit and accessories from these guys. The website isn't quite as good as the very best but the prices and delivery speed are good, items are in stock and you get a fast, personal reply to emails.

Overall I'm very happy with the service and will use them again.

Ordered a new Bass amp as wanted to upgrade. Soundsliveshop gave me a great deal and I saved a shed load of cash. Amp was delivered a day earlier than expected but was ok as they informed me it was on the way and I had the option to change the day if not convenient. Theirs was almost the best price and the service has been as good as I suppose service could be, I ordered it and they delivered it with no problems. Bought an amp from Soundlive. Unfortunately after buying a Fender Champion 20 amp I recieved and email to inform me that the only amp left was ex display. I spoke to Sean and and he had a look at the amp while i was on the phone and described any faults or defects (of which there were none). I was very impressed with there customer service and communications. AAA+ Highly recommended

I searched high and low for the best price on a Line6 Amplifi75 and Soundslive came in first (even without the free delivery that they also gave me). Delivery was as fast as promised and I even received a text telling me THE HOUR that it would be delivered!! First class and highly recommended.

They seemed to have knowledge of products & were competitively priced.
Also you get a tracking number & an hours time-slot that it will be delivered - which is great if you lead a busy life.
