The love seats are beautiful and so comfortable! The service from our first call to the delivery team was exceptional. The guidance we received on the cushions, the attention to detail to ensure a successful delivery was beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Sophie Conran.

The sofa is beautiful & great quality. The customer service team was easy to work with and very communicative throughout the entire process as well as allowing me to make modifications to fit my client's needs.

I have discovered Sophie Conran's sofas on Instagram and I decided to purchase the COCOBELLA 3,5 seater + a footstool in Boho denim blue. It was not easy from France but with the help of Nadia and Melanie, really both fantastics, it is now a reality. The sofa is beautiful and to sit on it is a great pleasure. I still dream of another one in the future.... Thank you Sophie and all the team !

I saw a Sophie Conran sofa on Facebook and could not get it out of my mind. It seemed like the most beautiful sofa I’d ever seen. After thinking about it for quite a while, I ordered the sofa of my life. I live in Denmark, so the sofa needed shipping, but today the sofa arrived, and it is breathtakingly lovely. It will make me happy every day for the rest of my life! It is so beautiful! And I have to praise everyone at Sophie Conran, thank you Melanie and Nadia, you were extremely kind and helpful and the whole experience has been such a joy.

We recently purchased the 3-seater Felix sofa in Potting Moss and absolutely love it!

A huge thank you to Nadia, Melanie, and the entire SC team. They made our experience seamless, especially by offering to build the sofa in a way that allowed it to fit through our narrow doorways. Delivery was smooth and on time.

We would highly recommend a Sophie Conran sofa to everyone. Thank you again!

I ordered the coral orange loveseat with flower print after I saw it on Instagram, the effort to ship it to the Netherlands was wonderful, the quality is very good and I am very happy with it.

Nadia, Melanie and the whole Sophie Conran team made our experience memorable. We are so happy with our new sofa and the whole process went perfectly smoothly. We can only highly recommand their services. Thanks again!

I cannot thank Nadia & the Sophie Conran team enough! We had very specific dimensions to work with which made finding the perfect sofa really difficult, from start to finish they went over and above to ensure we found what we were looking for and most importantly that it would fit through our very small doorway! They spoke directly with John Lewis and stayed in contact with us directly over email and arranged for us to view the sofa in a showroom. Truly fantastic service, quick delivery and the most beautiful and comfortable sofa in the world. THANK YOU!

Everything was expertly handled from start to finish. Customer service has been fantastic and the sofa arrived sooner than anticipated! The sofa itself is of extremely high quality and we're so pleased with it. Highly recommended

The team at Sophie Conran made ordering two sofas and shipping them to Hong Kong very seamless and were wonderful from the get go. The sofas are absolutely gorgeous and I could not be happier!

We purchased a Salthrop Large Sofa with Big Back Cushions in Kitty Blue Green. It is truly an extraordinary sofa and is now the center of our living room. Kids and adults alike fight to sit on it since it's so comfortable and best part is that it can easily seat 3 people. It is a beautiful sofa!
The whole ordering and delivery process went smoothly and it was delightful to be able to visit the studio during a business trip to London. The team even gave me travel advice to the UK - thank you!
I will definitely order again as we furnish the rest of our next house over the next year.

We ordered a bespoke Loveseat in Capelo Sea Salt from Sophie Conran, and we absolutely love it! It’s beautifully made, and the fabric is simply gorgeous. Nadia and Melanie were fantastic from start to finish - helpful, reassuring, and incredibly accommodating. They even arranged for us to visit the workshop so we could see the sofa and fabric in person before placing our order. I highly recommend their services!

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of the Four Champagne Flutes with Lens Design & the Six Champagne Saucers with Gold Rims by The Vintage List. Both sets are stunning- the flutes bring a refined vintage charm with their beautiful lens detailing, while the gold-rimmed saucers add a timeless elegance to any occasion. Each piece is beautifully crafted and a joy to use. The flutes enhance the experience of enjoying champagne, and their unique style has drawn many compliments from my guests.

The excellent service provided by Sophie Conran customer service team especially Nadia and Aivie made the entire experience even better. A special thank you to both of you and the entire support team for their dedication and efficiency in ensuring my order was delivered on time and beautifully packaged with care, reflecting the same level of quality as the glassware itself.

I highly recommend these products-and the excellent team behind them!

Our entire experience of purchasing a sofa was seamless from start to finish. Delivery was quick and easy and we are in LOVE with our new sofa. We couldn't recommend Sophie Conran enough!

Great service and follow through. Had an issue where the fabrics in which I ordered my sofa were out of stock, which I was not informed about until a few months into the process, but the team worked to problem solve and send me a spare cover until the fabrics came back in stock.

Excellent customer service following receipt of an incomplete order.
Support was immediate and issue resolved very quickly.
Thank you.

Really positive experience with Sophie Conran’s team getting a Coco 2.5 seater. The team was very helpful advising on cushion filling, the delivery team was very professional and courteous, and Melanie called to check in to ensure everything was great. Extremely comfortable and high quality, we are thrilled with it.

Beautiful sofa bed, super comfy too. Customer service was really helpful and great.
