Not actually Solettaders fault the review score is low….i ordered some Arcteryx in an 11 and it’s the smallest size 11 that’s ever been born! Literally 2 sizes too small.
Plus to return them I have to go to a post office customer service point which is only open for 2 hours on weekdays!!! ARGHHH!

I’m disappointed with my experience with Soletrader.

I purchased a pair of Veja leather trainers and within less than a year the leather began to crack and deteriorate significantly. The shoes are not excessively worn overall, which makes the level of damage quite surprising.

I contacted customer service and provided all requested photos, including the overall condition and soles. Despite this, my complaint was rejected solely because I did not report the issue immediately when it first appeared, even though the problem developed over time.

I feel this does not reflect the expected durability of a product at this price point , and I’m disappointed that no solution was offered.

I hope Soletrader can review this and provide a fair resolution.

Lost my shoes that i paid over 100.00 for and aren't doing enough to sort it out, reimburse me. terrible service. Will NEVER buy from them again

Great delivery and easy to use website, would have been a 5 but I emailed customer services with a query and never received a response (to do with missing order confirmation but goods were received anyway so no longer needed)

I am very disappointed with sole trader Brighton branch. I did a click and collect to there store and I was not able to collect myself because I was not well. I asked my niece to collect it for me and gave her all the information and copy’s of my ID and the manager would not give her my shoes. I reached out to customer service and they said it was down to the store manager. The store manager refused to release my shoes. Avoid Brighton store because if you can’t get there yourself the manager will not help you

Great value and availability . Their chosen courier service could be better as when you pay for next day delivery that is what you expect to get rather than waiting in a day for nothing to show up , would be a lot better if you could also speak to someone over a phone rather than over an email which takes 3 days to get a reply as the online chat option never has any agents available .
