Perfect gear
From the UK, where it is cold right now and the rain doesn’t stop, I am warm as h*%# in my Snobodi hoodie (or fleece). The quality is great, when I finally get on the slopes in Feb I know that not only will I be warm but the tech will keep me dry, my skipass ready in the ide pockets and mates will be jealous that I also look sick

Hi Charlie,
Love this review! We’re so glad your hoodie is keeping you warm and dry in that UK weather. Sounds like you’ll be hitting the slopes in style and fully prepared, skipass ready, mates jealous, all of it. Can’t wait for you to put the tech to the test in February!

Brilliantly warm AND waterproof hoodie
Brilliantly warm AND waterproof hoodie, with zip pockets so I don't lose my gloves etc. I actually wear this for my dog walks in the uk which can get pretty cold and wet. Ordering from Australia wasn't my plan but I hadn't been able to find anything close by. Arrived very quickly despite the distance and tracking was easy to follow the progress. Thank you Snobodi for creating a great functional hoodie!

Delivered!
Order to delivery was over a month. Poor communication and bot replies to email. Delivered today - I was surprised, convinced I had been scammed and was going through chargeback process! Sweatshirts are nice, baggy fit. Not sure I would wear on the slopes but would wear casually.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share this. I want to reassure you that Snobodi is a real Australian brand and all of our reviews come from genuine customers. We completely understand how worrying it can feel if something seems off, and we’re here to help clear that up.

If I could give 0 stars that would still be too much! This company is dodgy and take advantage of customers. I ordered 2x hoodies and waited over a month and still no sign. I reached out and they responded that the items were returned to sender…. And I was provided with a store credit. However, why would I reorder new items just to go through this same issue again. I kindly requested a full refund and was denied.
Do NOT support this company!!!!!!!

Hi Brendan, thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been for you and completely understand why you’re upset.
Thank you for providing the extra information regarding your order. The tracking shows that the carrier attempted delivery but the addressee wasn’t available. The parcel was then held at the local facility but wasn’t collected in time, which is why it was returned to us. Situations like this are unfortunately outside of our control, but we always want to make sure you’re looked after.
We’ve issued a refund in this instance, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
If there’s anything else we can help with, please feel free to reach out.

Scammers DO NOT BUY
No sign of what I ordered 25 days ago. Emailed them a few times with no response. The only time I did get a response it was a generic email saying ‘our orders are backed up by 4-7 days’
Seems like a scam website to me.

Hi Victoria, thank you for sharing this. We are really sorry for how long you have been waiting and for the slow replies from our team. We have been working through a much higher volume of orders than usual which has caused delays, and we completely understand how frustrating that feels.
I do want to reassure you that Snobodi is absolutely not a scam. I have checked your tracking today and your parcel is in the UK, so it should reach you very soon.
If anything feels off when it arrives or if you need a hand with anything else, just let us know. We are here to help and want to make sure you are all sorted.

Hi Donny, thank you for taking the time to share this. We are really sorry that you are still waiting for your order and completely understand how frustrating that is.
I have checked your tracking and can see that your parcel was shipped from our warehouse on the 7th of October, but it was unfortunately stopped by Customs in the Netherlands and then returned to sender on the 30th of October. This type of Customs hold is outside of our control, but we know how disappointing it is when this happens.
The parcel is currently on its way back to us and is now showing as being in Sydney. Once it reaches our warehouse, we will be able to inspect it, understand what went wrong, and arrange to have your item re-shipped to you.
If you need anything in the meantime or would like us to keep you updated, please feel free to reach out. We are here to help and will make sure this gets sorted for you.

Long delivery - good product
Ordered 3 weeks ago - nothing sent. Generic replies via email with vague promises of dispatch at some point.
Edit - as below the item was eventually delivered and in fairness it's a great product. Just work to do on logistics.
