Good and prompt advice. Have had experience of other companies offering similar service and Smarter Business and Justin were the best I have used to date.

I sent an email regarding our electricity contract which is ending soon, Many thanks to Devani's quick response.
We are all sorted for another contract and a promise to contact her should we need any support

As usual Devani has been excellant. My son took her call first and recognised her voice immediatley. He was confident that everything would be dealt with and passed the call to me. Again on hearing her voice I had great confidence that we were getting the best deal possible.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!

A year ago I (community shop) signed a 1 year contract for electricity with smarter business as the broker.. Unknown to us at the time this was not presented to the provider and from March 10th to April 18th we were on a variable tariff which amounted to over £1000. I have been trying to get smarter business to honour this payment for a whole year without success. It has been promised over and over again even saying it had been paid and would be in our account in 48 hours.
My small community shop finds this behaviour unacceptable but we’ve been unable to get any positive result.
A very dishonourable broker - in our opinion.

They aew ask me to sing sing the contract to be my broker but we have been still with EDF so we have to pay fee to them.
I'm very sorry but this is totally pushing customers

Awful. Never got back to us. Constantly having to chase. Empty words. We ended up paying so much more than if we had organised the tariffs ourselves. We paid twice with the overlapping of contracts and when we enquired why, no reply. Don't touch with a barge pole. Totally unreliable.

Left my shop in June 2021..checked with Smarter Business to see if I owed them anything,was told I was in credit which was eventually refunded to me.
On 27th May was called by Loren.to say I owed them £8050.. they said my address matched this outstanding bill.
Contacted them and was told by Loren she received email from a co worker (Paul Tullock)who came to this amount..I know it WAS NOT FOR MY COMPANY..NOT FOR MY ADDRESS..NOT FOR MY ACCOUNT NUMBER..no correspondence back from them..still waiting...VERY POOR.

A dreadful company, misleading, made lots of mistakes and now, when we're left high and dry, they have no desire to fix the many issues. Avoid at all costs.

I was looking for a good company to go for my electricity account every thing went ok at first they gave me a quote with all my business details on and I accepted then I never heard anything until I found out they changed the details sending the paperwork to the wrong address the supply address was wrong the contract term was wrong this was supposed to be corrected but can’t change the term of the contract This has been going on since September last year this is just complete incompetence

Lee-Anne has been an incredible help to us. Always has our best intrest first over all our supplies and has such a helpful approach.

Would highly recommend to anyone!!
