Welcome to the story of SmallRig
Since SmallRig was born in 2013, we have been in close communication and working hand-in-hand with users for over 10 years. As a result, we have developed 4 major user-oriented product lines, which are widely used in a variety of fields such as live broadcasting, vlogging, short videos, weddings, professional commercials, radio and TV, documentaries, and Hollywood filmmaking. Every idea, design, and product we create is inspired by and created for our users. With the user's voice in mind, we launched our "User Co-design" mode first in the industry and the DreamRig free customization project, allowing us to unite with global creators and use our small rigs to make big dreams come true.

SmallRig is the best camera accessories company
SmallRig makes camera accessories for cameras including the DJI OSMO ACTION 6. I ordered a slim battery charger for my camera and the USPS promptly lost/misdiliverd it's I never got it. I let SmallRig know about it and they sent a replacement battery charger with no problem. It's no wonder I like them they're not an evil company. When I get my next camera I will be buying all the related gear from SmallRig.

I am beyond hooked on small rig…
I am beyond hooked on small rig accessories for my cameras! I have every gadget and attachment imaginable and I have quite a bit of cameras! All of their products are top notch! I will always recommend Small Rig and should probably be getting paid being I own an insane amount of their products! If you need people to do reviews I can work off what I have to provide you quality reviews!

Horrible Customer Service
I’ve started to assemble a handheld cage for content creation. I decided on small rig because they had the cleanest hardware. I placed 3 orders. I received two in a timely manner, but had some obvious handling damage to the packaging of my products, also did not receive my third order, it hasn’t even shipped and I ordered it two weeks ago. I reached out to support, and got the typical “overseas company” treatment. Some random employee reached back out and completely ignored my complaints about the delayed order, said it would ship in 1-2 business days, and ignored my following questions and emails. Products seem decent but the customer service and shipping logistics of this company are a nightmare. I do not recommend putting yourself through the same experience I am having. This review will remain here until I receive my order, and company acknowledges their logistics failures, and provides reasonable and appropriate support for future customers. If someone from the small rig team reaches out with a resolution for the inconvenience I will happily remove this bad review.

Good help with my problems
I have a few Smallrig items (like tripods and batteries) in my collection. They work perfectly and are good quality!
Due circumstances I've lost a part and ordered it directly via Smallrig. Although the item wasn't on their website, an email via support was enough to get it ordered. Support is quick, in 99% of the time the day after or quicker (a different time-zone).
One tip; import tarifs (often a minimal standard fee +- €20) and tax are also beiing charged. In my case, it was way higher by 'mistake' than it should!
I had some problems with that, but due the fast support/reply of Smallrig I got the right document(s) to send to DHL to say they were wrong. It took some emails and calls to DHL...
But back to Smallrig: A company with good aftersales is equally important as good products!

Handy portable lighting instrument
Construction seems solid, and looks like a very handy portable spot with a good selection of gobos at a reasonable price. Fits in a camera bag with other gear easily, like a handheld microphone or a camera mounted shotgun mic. Quick shipment and efficient packaging.

I purchased a pair of Smallrig RM03…
I purchased a pair of Smallrig RM03 macro lights via Amazon Smallrig store advertised as a two pack of RM03s. This was not accurate. Since a single RM03 comes with a clamp so a pair should contain two clamps. It does not. I contacted Smallrig about this but never received any response.
You have been warned.
I have updated this review from one star to three as Smallrig have committed to sending an additional clamp. The main lights are very good quality.
