Welcome to the story of SmallRig
Since SmallRig was born in 2013, we have been in close communication and working hand-in-hand with users for over 10 years. As a result, we have developed 4 major user-oriented product lines, which are widely used in a variety of fields such as live broadcasting, vlogging, short videos, weddings, professional commercials, radio and TV, documentaries, and Hollywood filmmaking. Every idea, design, and product we create is inspired by and created for our users. With the user's voice in mind, we launched our "User Co-design" mode first in the industry and the DreamRig free customization project, allowing us to unite with global creators and use our small rigs to make big dreams come true.

I purchased the monopod with ID:5565. It arrived the other day, but the tripod mount/base was bent and I was unable to attach it properly. I had been looking forward to receiving it, so I’m very disappointed.

Camera Cage is Excellent
The camera cage makes the LUMIX S9 much easier to hold and adds additional protection so I don’t feel so bad about placing it down outside the case. The additional mounting points also give me more flexibility to attach accessories which makes shoots easier.

what a rip off and false advertising
what a rip off and false advertising - where the mount to the camera?? its basically useless to me without one. yes I have seen the 2 different items which I didnt see at the time of ordering. I love your products but this has - well - has made me mad...Jon (the Vibe P30 - wheres the mount to the camera??)

Fuji X-T30 grip
Beautifully made, fits perfectly and makes the Fuji X-T30 easier to handle. Plus its 1/3rd of the price of the Fuji grip. What's not to like ?

The box that arrived had its seal broken.
I previously bought the same product from Amazon, and the box showed no signs of being opened. However, this time the seal had been cut with a cutter, clearly indicating it had been opened. I'm worried that I might have received a returned item for some reason.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong item…
I inadvertently ordered the wrong item (#6004 instead of #6002) I realized it immediately and ordered 6002 then notified smallrig of the mistake with a request to cancel the order for 6004. It clearly had not shipped yet. The reply that eventually came said it was on its way and it the only recourse I had was refuse to take delivery from USPS or reach out to the vendor who distributes in U.S. the item arrived with no paperwork at all and an incomplete return address. I’ve bought more than a dozen smallrig items, but never again.
