SlotsMagic.ca is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs

This site is a complete joke and borderline fraudulent.

Their verification process is a nightmare. I submitted a valid bank statement and my debit card details — but because my card (like most in Canada) doesn’t have a name or number printed on it, they keep rejecting it despite the clear supporting documents. They’re just making excuses to avoid paying out.

The customer service is useless and rude. They don’t help at all, just copy-paste scripted responses, go in circles, and abruptly close the chat when you push for real answers. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

The withdrawal process is clearly designed to stall or block your money. They drag verification endlessly and give no timelines or real support. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to keep your winnings.

If they don’t approve my withdrawal, I will report them to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). They need to face serious consequences for these shady and unethical practices.

Do not waste your time or money on this platform. It’s a scam.

Once you win big, they put a restriction on your deposits. When you enquire about it, they say their team is working on the case. They are frauds.

This website has terrible RPT not as advertised, bonus rounds pay abysmally when you hit them which is extremely rare and the platform is terrible for navigation. I never received my bonus for deposit and no prompts of safe gaming.100000% avoid.

Scam website. Does not honour welcome bonus and then does not allow you to withdraw your deposit. It also goes offline at times. Scam website.

You can't ever get your money out .they are crooks .I wouldn't even rate it 1 star .also they lost my game progress on a game that guarantees a big payout when,or if you hit the bonus feature, after I spent 500 pounds unlocking all the keys .what a swindle .they haven't even responded to my complaint .I now got my money out .had an agent who actually knew what he was doing .and my money was in my bank inside 2 hours .but all in all their agents are useless .but at least they paid me.

Good variety of games. However they seem to have a big issue with withdrawals. Over years and dozens of sites i played my withdrawals are 90% instant or with 30 minutes wait time max. It is really awkward considering they have too many sister websites and their cash flow should be fine. Feels bad constantly thinking what's wrong and whenever you contact customer service they keep saying wait few hours then wait 24 hours before reaching out. Would recommend but if you want instant withdrawals you should consider it. If i put my username here it will not solve anything as they'll automate an answer saying wait 24 hours.

All sites are almost instant, no one wants to wait 24 hours, even though my winnings are small i think they're just making manual checks for the big winnings and trying to find excuses to block payments.

i read some nasty reviews, however ive had no problems. i only put 20 in and cashed out a fewv times. once was 90 ten 30 then another 50. got paid the same day. only a few hours each time.

After making a deposit I tried to make a withdrawal, it's much easier said than done, I sent all the documents I could like DL , a bill from my address etc , nothing was satisfactory for them, I finally just played the rest of the money so I don't have to deal with this dishonest organization, play at your own peril, by far worst experience I've ever had on a online casino.

Ive played on a few different slot sites and this has to honestly be the worst. The games are fixed heavily in their favour. Some games which usually have a gamble option on all other sites has this function removed. I have no idea how they can get away with this they need to be referred to the regulator. Avoid at all costs do not waste your money here.

It's a pity this site is so bad, it has a huge variety of games and when depositing by PayPal the withdrawal is fast. Unfortunately this is as good as it gets. The wins and bonuses are few and far between and when you do get the bonus they usually pay out between £2 and £5. Your money goes very quickly. I have used the site for around 3 months and it's very difficult to self exclude, I still haven't figured out how to. After some searching you can block your account for 30 days but then they automatically unblock it and send you an email to encourage you to start losing your money again. Pretty rubbish site, not worth playing
