Tricky site
At the beginning it was smooth then withdrawals started getting more complicated and longer. Wanted to take a break but the only way to do that is distantly through email and even then the response time is over 24hrs per message. Has been almost a week and still no response to my request. Have updated my request to remove my account permanently from the site.

Slots Gallery is a sham/scam. They are not truthful. They don’t require much information when you put your money in and then suddenly they require information you can’t even provide when you try to withdraw any money. I was never able to withdraw my money. The live chat just make excuses why you are unable to withdraw winnings. I learned a tough lesson but I’m hoping that at least I can save someone else the anguish of undergoing what I went through. Use a different website is all I can say. It is interesting when the response time to my review is the quickest response I received. Once again, while it is to late for me, I encourage potential players to delve a little deeper into this site before committing your money.
