Avoid Slot Gallery – My Honest Experience

I would strongly advise anyone considering Slot Gallery to think twice based on my experience.

I made a deposit, and the funds were taken from my bank account immediately. However, the money was never credited to my Slot Gallery account. My bank confirmed the payment had been successfully processed, yet my gaming balance remained at zero.

I contacted VIP Support expecting them to investigate the issue and help resolve it. Instead, I received no meaningful assistance, and the chat was ended without my missing deposit being resolved. As a customer, I found this completely unacceptable.

What concerns me most is that deposits appear to be taken instantly, yet when problems arise, there is little urgency to resolve them. Withdrawals also seem to take far longer than deposits are processed, which only added to my concerns about the way customers are treated.

I also posted a factual review on Trustpilot describing my experience. Rather than addressing the issue I raised, Slot Gallery requested that Trustpilot remove my review. To the best of my knowledge, my review did not breach Trustpilot’s guidelines and simply reflected my genuine experience as a customer.

Based on everything that has happened, I have lost confidence in Slot Gallery and would not trust them with my money. My experience has been one of a missing deposit, poor customer service, slow payment processes, and an attempt to have my honest feedback removed instead of resolving the underlying issue.

This is my personal experience, and I encourage anyone considering this site to do their own research before depositing any money.

Is good casino great customer service and good choice of games

First time playing at slots gallery and so far so good. There are some pretty great bonuses and easy to find everything /navigate on site. Love the game selection and the staff are very helpful as well. 5/5 for me !

Originally asked for a 7500 withdrawal. They said it would take 48h to review. It finally took 120h and my withdrawal was canceled by the team because of a supposed technical issue. I now have to request a second one, will have to wait another 120h probably and no answer on if this will work or not. Do not play on this casino you will never get your money . The customer support can’t give clear answers and will only give you generic responses.

Update: contacted customer service like asked and no help was given

They do not want to close my account. I already wrote 10 Mails to close my account. They are just asking why and do not follow my wish just to close the account.

Worst Casino in my opinion.

All good. I won 50k and ranked up to obsidian vip level (the maximum) where supposedly you are allowed to "customize" the withdrawel limit. So obviously i asked to increase so i could receive all my winnings. Apparently 50k isnt enough for them to consider you worth their time. Then they told me im not allowed to withdraw the cash. Massive scam. They let me withdraw bits and bobs. Never the full amount. I ended up wasting all 50k which I own completely. Im just mad that this wouldnt have happened if I was allowed to withdraw my winnings when I won.
Then after talking to my "vip manager" he told me he accepts tips after doing absolutely nothing to help. What a joke. I have an addiction and after my win i wanted to leave and block myself on a high. after telling them this several times over email they still refused to block my account and pay me out. Over all a very disappointing experience.
The chat is good very responsive, but ultimately the people on the other end have no control over your account and dont really care about your issues. They cant do anything to help you or speed you along and have no way of communicatingwith the finance departmentin their own company. When you formally submit an email to the adress you wont get a reply.

Disgraceful company.

Disabled my account out of nowhere as I was playing a slot on their site. I had a pending withdrawal coming and money to play with in my balance.

When asked about the sudden disable of my account over live chat they responded with next to no reason as to why (I have screenshots)
Basically this company stole from me. I’ve sent multiple support emails to their support team but I’m ignored. I’d give an even more negative rating than one if I could.
