Just like many of the reviews mention I use this site and regularly lose lol but I do enjoy a flutter so kept using it, yesterday I lost almost £1000 then I won about £1400 back on roulette, like a fool I kept playing and lost another £700 meaning I was down, I tried to play again and it said my account was suspended. I went to sleep and contacted them in the morning through their crappy chat, I was told my account was probably suspended as I had changed address or something, of course I hadn’t. I asked them to be specific as they are holding the little bit of money I had left on their account and they refused to explain why my account was suspended. Now they are demanding I send them in my passport, screenshots of my bank account and other details to unblock my account. I never write things like this but please don’t use this site, there’s plenty of others to lose money on, absolute disgrace

an absolute disgrace off a company i have been depositing money no problem at all and as soon as i win over £1000 i try withdraw it and boom my account is suspended and have sent in everything they have asked for and still my account remains suspended u send emails to customer service not once have they replied so i try live chat and they come up with every excuse under the sun and as soon as you start getting angry with them then they use that against you so basically there’s no problem of them taking the money from u but as soon as u win and u want to withdraw it then all these problems arrive and surprisingly they say it’s for our benefit etc protecting us from fraud etc but really it’s them committing the fraud by not paying u the money u have won. How do we know there not taking everything we send them as id etc and selling it to people on the dark web or there friends etc as guys this is 2021 everything is possible. Can i not do something about this cause they are withholding my money for no legitimate reason? but my advice to u all is stay away from them and all there sites u just can’t trust them anymore

Who's to say Sky(and other casinos) don't rig the games in-between games being 'independently verified '? If it were truly random I would expect the scatter bonus to come around at least once...as I noticed that the same configuration of symbols across the game play area came up a few times, considering there are 15 symbols on each spin there must be thousands, if not millions of combinations...yet the exact same symbol configuration came up at least twice in 200 spins but not one scatter round.

I played with £130 on the Batman game and won £6. Defiantly a fix.. avoid this and don’t waste your money on these robbing c*nts

The European roulette is fixed you could cover every number except 1 and it will roll on that 1 u haven't covered over and over again you simply can not win on this.

Something is definitely dodgy about roulette on this site, I know it's possible to get 9 straight runs of one colour or more but it happens just a bit too frequently on this site. Be very careful when playing a 50/50 black or red here.The roulette is obviously a scam as it adapts itself to any system used, wish I had read the reviews earlier, avoid like the plague!

Wish I’d read these before ! But I do have evidence of Batman begins ripping me off spinning for 40 pence was on the disc it landed on 30 times it payed me 70 pence lol for a 60 pence win lol when it should of been 30 times 60 pence . Luckily I have video of it gonna plaster all over Facebook get my friends to share . And gonna cancel my sky account ov just over 100 pound a month ! Principle of it . Seemed ok regarding return on bets and bonus rounds coming in, never gained much more than my initial deposit but that's obviously to be expected bar the odd bit of "luck", I'm under no illusions that you use these sites and get rich quick! My problem is I got to a certain level of multiplier (the maximum btw) on a game so that when you reach the bonus game you receive the win multiplied by x amount...I expected the rate of reaching a bonus game to drop quite a bit as I am more likely to win more, that's how it works right!? Problem is that since I've reached this maximum multiplier the game hasn't given me a sniff of a bonus game and I have spent a hell of a lot just running through (hundreds spent and probably thousands spun taking into account the wins here and there), I could have stopped and said F you but luckily I can expend a certain amount each week on this and it has now become an experiment to see how much they want to take the p*ss. Avoid at all costs, there are a bunch of better sites that you could at least consider "reasonable" within this weird casino environment!

I have been using Sky Casino for years for the slot games and my favourite for a few years now has been Buffalo Blitz 2. It always felt fairly 70/30 with the win rate (or atleast close to the RTP anyway on some days) but I noticed recently during lockdown that whenever I get any sizeable win (I do lowest stakes so we are talking £20+ wins to be honest), the site will ensure I then lose atleast double the win before I ever get another win back. This has been going on for about a year now or more and I genuinely believe Sky Casino needs to be investigated but good luck with that one... When I raised this with Skys customer services too they made me take an enforced 7 day break and banned my account from all other sites during that time. Currently on an 8 day streak of NO WIN over £5 from doing £25 a day (which thank god I have a deposit limit set) and I fully apreciate gambling is a risk, but they are just taking the utter P with their returns now.

the slots are terrible all of them, isn't just a few. I tried a lot of different ones. must have bet a few hundred over the course of a few weeks and most I ever won was £20. Random number generator is calculated poorly compared to other casinos I've tried. No use replying to say it's fair. I've won hundreds on other casino sites from way less. Won't be coming back here again.
