Brand new vehicle has issues
Brand new vehicle has issues. Contacted Sinclair almost daily to get someone to contact me back.
Brand new car 3 weeks old now has faults. We got told by the technician - not a major problem. I’ll give you a ring when we can repair.

Customer care was excellent from my initial enquiry with VW Sinclair Bridgend right until after picking my car up. All the team were friendly, polite, professional and well organised. The extra personal touches of offering a drink, Welshcake snd complimentary gift when picking car up made us feel valued snd important as customers. Whilst looking for car we visited many car sales companies, including another VW dealer snd found no comparison to the customer service we received at Bridgend. This was most certainly a key factor in buying a car from them and will definetely recommend them to others. Thank you VW Bridgend
