My first VW Golf ( Black Edition )
Buying a VW Polo was our first experience of visiting a VW garage which we found very welcoming with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes available when we arrived.
The staff were very helpful, courteous while professional at all times. I was shown a number of cars on the computer screen, however, nothing jumped out at me so much as the one in the showroom and when I asked if I could have that one there was no hesitation. This car was extremely well presented and I fell in love with it as soon as I sat in it.
I asked my wife if she felt the same and that was the one we have now purchased and driven from the showrooms.
All in all it was a wonderful experience and we have only the staff to thank for such an amazing purchase.
We would certainly recommend Sinclair Bridgend to all our family and friends.

All staff are amazing - Purchased my car with Nav everything was smooth sailing.
The hosts were superb from the moment i walked in looked after me with drinks and Welsh cakes the whole time.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would, bought a brand new Tiguan, paid £40k, numerous faults, more in the garage than out of it, now it’s braking for no reason, feeling unsafe to drive, after sales have now closed my case saying there’s nothing wrong with it, just told us to turn off the emergency braking feature. Totally unacceptable and laughable, avoid this garage at all costs 😡
