Lovely customer service
I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this lady warranted a good review at Landrover Cardiff. Her name is Stephanie she carries out her role with kindness and professionalism. I watched her while I was waiting for my vehicle and she made sure every customer was made to feel like they mattered and were dealt with in a warmth that is missing from many customer facing roles today. I watched as she dealt with an elderly couple who walked in and it was just how I would like someone to treat my parents, nothing seemed like too much trouble, lovely to see!

You can't physically book it in, they don't respond to your calls, zero communication. Do not answer your calls, don't tell you it's ready. A day service is not a day, I had to drag my car out of there after a week and this isn't the first time. We bought 2 defenders from them and the service was terrible. This is my last visit to Cardiff branch, I will travel to take our defenders elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service. Once they realised I was staying and had my laptop, I was shown to a private booth so I could work - and brought a cup of tea. Having previously owned a BMW, the service experience here is far far superior to Sytner round the corner. Very happy 😊

My F Type had scratches on the drivers…
My F Type had scratches on the drivers window really spoilt the look of my car. I rang the parts department on Friday to enquire about a replacement glass I was answered quickly and very friendly the chap told me the glass was available from factory and if ordered would be in Saturday morning. I asked him to order the glass. Turning up on Saturday I was greeted by to two very friendly chaps who instantly stopped what they were doing and located my glass it was in a rather large packet to keep it safe they opened it to check it wasn’t broken. Obviously the fun bit was having to pay for it :) but by fitting it myself I saved a few hundred pounds! I just want to thank the Parts Department for helping me and my car now looks brand new! Ps it was straight forward fitting it too. Happy Days!

Was told it had been checked and serviced.
Returned car on Monday 2nd March. Heating not working .loaned me a Discovery.
Informed on Tuesday 3rd F Pace needed a new air cooling part. Why was this not checked before I was sold the car? Let hope the car has a full service check before it is returned. thank you John.S.

“While you wait” service
Excellent service from Stephanie during “while you wait” service. Was able to work from the showroom and made sure I had everything I needed including a great cuppa!
Only gave 4 instead of 5 stars as on the phone before the service I was given the impression the work would be finished earlier than it actually was, which messed up my evening plans a little.

Fantastic staff service
I had the pleasure of dealing with James at Sinclair Landrover Cardiff yesterday following a minor issue with my car. James was so amenable and professional in sorting out my issue not only really quickly but in such a friendly way. He was brilliant to deal with, sorted the issue out and is credit to your organisation. This is the service you want, thank you James.
I also spoke to the your member of staff in reception (apologies I didn’t get her name) she was so engaging and pleasant to deal with too. Thank you so much.

The JLR Sinclair Group at Cardiff have provided me with a 5 star service. Their friendly and welcoming manner across the whole team are a credit to do business with.
Chris Perryman and his team are a pleasure to deal with. I bought my Defender through Nick Harris who is such a friendly person to deal with.

I called in a few days ago and left details of my 16 years young X-Type.(which is in pristine condition, inside and out) I needed the PIN code for the entertainment unit as I had recently changed the battery.
