I recently had a hair transplant at Shumaila’s in Colchester. From booking, to the consultation, to the procedure the service was excellent.
I had my consultation with Abdul who advised on hair loss options. We discussed the hair transplant procedure in more detail and I was able to ask many questions. A few days later I decided to book a hair transplant procedure.
Procedure day was well organised. I met with the surgeon Dr Tauheed who was friendly, professional and put me at ease. The whole team were exceptional. I was comfortable during the procedure and recovery was relatively painless.
Abdul called me every day for about a week post procedure and continues to regularly check my progress.
I’m still at the early stages following the procedure but on my experience of the entire process and customer care I would highly recommend Shumaila’s clinic for hair transplant procedures and very pleased I went with them.

Great experience. Very helpful staff. Whole process from start to end has been very smooth. Abdul has constantly been on top of it. Constantly following up with messages and video calls to see how I'm doing and check healing process etc. Nearly 1 month after now and his still messaging me regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly. Very nice guy and so helpful. I highly recommend shumaila's for any service that you need and they have to offer.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a relaxation facial session with Harpreet, and it was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I entered the space, I felt warm welcomed and at ease. Harpreet's calming presence and professionalism instantly put me in a state of relaxation.
