I had a laser treatment today at Shumailas Salon in Chingford Mount E4, and I had such a good experience. Tehmeen Shoukat was great throughout the session, very patient, attentive, and constantly checking to make sure I was not in pain. She carefully adjusted the speed in more sensitive areas to minimise any pain, which I really appreciated.
I was also running short on time because I needed to pick up my daughter from school nearby, and the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to pick her up and let her sit in the reception area while I returned to finish the treatment.
The service was professional, caring, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this salon and especially for anyone considering laser removal treatment!

I’ve been going to Shumailas Laser for a while now and honestly the new Ilford branch is amazing. Tania is the lady I always see and she is so lovely, professional and makes you feel really comfortable.
