I won’t ever order from Shysilk ever again they said my package was delivered and I was supposed to receive a new tracking number from USPS. I never received it until after I spoke to shysilk about my package not being delivered to the right address.

Do not trust this seller. I purchased over $200 and when they don’t have the item they will send you any other design with no authorization and no full refund or exchange. They just cut off the tag to send you anything they have in stock! They offer you 10% refund for something you didn’t purchase. Be aware for Shysilk.com company scam and misleading illegal policy.

I have bought from this company many times, i recently bought items for mothers day for my wife. extremely good customer service, 10/10

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered an expensive travel set that still hadn't been delivered a month after ordering. Despite numerous emails to the company there was no response. I finally received someone else's order that they then expected me to pay postage on back to them before they would send my delivery. Finally received order after numerous texts and emails and a further 2 weeks, only to find embroidery is wonky and looks terrible. This was for a gift that I was unable to then give as it looked awful. Don't go near this company - they have no regard for customers at all

Shouldn’t take over two months to deliver two pillow cases, avoid.

Wish I’d read the reviews on here before ordering from them. Do not order from their direct website.
I had to chase up an order over 3 weeks it still wasn’t shipped. They finally responded to me after a text message and 2 emails and told me it was a made to order product. There was no mention of this anywhere on the website and my order even said ships in 3-5 days.
They now have marked the item made to order but this was not the case at my time of order. I even had screenshots.
Avoid.

Poor quality and slow response from customer service. I have been using my silk pillowcases from Shhh Silk for a year and thought they would last much longer but the zip seam has completely come away on one of them. The seam allowance is too small and over time because it is an unfinished seam the zip has detached. Very disappointed for the price of $100 each to now have to start again. I contacted customer service, sent a picture and heard nothing. I will replace them with another brand but I just wanted to warn others, I feel the quality isn't great and the customer service is a disappointment. $200 in pillowcases should last longer in my opinion.

I initially made a purchase from shhh silk through "The Iconic" and the item was shipped out the very next day, so I thought "great! I'll purchase a couple of items directly from shhh silk..." I placed an order and have been waiting almost a week for them to post it. Tried to contact customer service - no response. Not even a "we have received your email and will get back to you shortly" automated response.
Very disapointed and wish I hadn't bothered. It's overpriced and over hyped. You'd think they would take the same care with orders through their very own website as they would with a partnered site.

10 out of 10 customer service from GEORGIA. Extremely happy with how helpful she is. Also, all of the products are amazing! Very high quality and luxurious. We will never sleep without silk pillow cases again, they really are a life changer 😁

i'm on my second silk pillowcase now, only recently updated to a second because i found out they offer embroidery. my first one was a blush pink and it has lasted me a good couple of years now. colour has faded but still so soft and does its job at protecting my hair and skin. the second pillowcase is a little more snug than my initial purchase but still feels beautiful and of great quality. i got my initials embroidered and it just makes it feel that much more luxe. i live in australia so i have had no issues with delivery and can't speak for customer service as i haven't had a need to contact them yet. regardless highly recommend!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I got stuck with a £23.99 customs charge and customer service simply explained (following a delay and multiple attempts to contact them) that it was my responsibility to pay it. Avoid this company.

Do not buy from this company.I paid for 2 pillowslips at great expense...Royal Mail will not deliver them unless I pay £57 customs duty! ....2 pillowslips have now cost me well over £200 .....I am in the UK.....I am so angry!!!

This company is all-hype, just banking on celebrity endorsements, but cannot follow-through with simple decency and customer service.

First time to order from this company and it will be my last. Had trouble with a shipment coming in (they're an Australia-based product), so I sent an email to their customer service asking for assistance. I described my situation so that they would have some idea and context on what’s going on. A Georgia from customer service just breezes through my email, not really reading nor understanding what I wrote and answered with a canned response.

Ms. Georgia/Shhh Silk, I don’t need my tracking number. If you had read my email, you would have seen that I KNOW my tracking number, as well as the fact it has been transferred to the local USPS. My shipment problem started when DHL transferred it to the local USPS. I was under the impression that DHL will be shipping this to my home, as I never had any problems receiving shipments from DHL.

I requested for Shhh Silk to assist me with this and I even sent them screenshots of what my shipment status problem was and there was no reply after that.

So unprofessional!

I had silk products delivered to me from several companies I've ordered from like Slip, LilySilk, Fishers Finery, Celestial Silk, Lelini, Alaska Bear and Mulberry Park Silks. I did not have any problems with any of them. LilySilk in fact ships from China and I never experienced any shipping nor delivery problems from them. And their customer service is so much better than Shhh Silk's.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company!

Their customer service is terrible. i ordered an item 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. i've submitted three requests to customer service, and have heard nothing back. i would never buy anything from this company. it is a complete scam

I like their pillowcases, though expensive and skimpy in size. Problem is in customer service. They shipped me HALF the order I paid for!!! When I persisted with emails from multiple email addresses, the representative finally responded and said that “they ran out of stock” because of their sale!! What?? You ship me half an order — with no explanation — and expect that I won’t notice???? I was told the rest of my order would be shipped in about a week. Right.... No such luck. I am not a happy camper.

they do not reply to emails. i thought the silk cap was great until i washed it. horrible..shrinks and material (silk??) goes so bad. will be making this myself..just get yourself some silk material atleast then you know the quality and dont have to try and deal with their "customer service"

I made a huge mistake buying from this store. Initially, I hesitated about the price, because it is much expensive than other stores, but with their Blaha Aaah advertising of how good the quality is, I put my trust on them. HOWEVER, it is so much a disappoint to me that, the quality is awful, with the threads pulling out a lot, the package. I wonder how they could boast such products as high quality! We are not three years old, ok? Definitely a bad investment, a waste of money, will never buy from them again!
