I’m sharing this so future customers know what to expect. I had an order that was never delivered, and when I contacted customer service, instead of helping, I was questioned about why I didn’t follow up sooner — as if I needed to justify my personal circumstances. The tone was dismissive, judgmental, and even included an unnecessary comment about my email being “AI written.”
A missing order should be handled with support and professionalism, not interrogation. This experience was disappointing enough that I no longer want the item, nor refund and I hope the company improves how they communicate with customers in similar situations.
